Close to the airport. Clean, comfortable beds

Rooms were a little eccentric

Exellent location, polate staff, grate balkony. Will visit again!

Pillows were too big. May be to have a choise of a bit smaller would be good.

The bed was comfortable.

One shared door for toilet room and shower room.Missing heating in the room - the A/C was able to blow warm air but it somehow didn´t work properly. So with freezing outdoor temperatures I felt cold in the room.

Comfortable, clean and tidy room. Had all we needed.

Great location, the room was spotless, and the beds were so comfy... Also the staff were super friendly..

A mini fridge and perhaps tea coffee making facilities would be nice.

he hotel has an excellent location, within a 15 minute walk to the city center. The hotel is surrounded by excellent amenities. Good restaurants, shops, metro station. Overall, the hotel was clean and simple.

The room wasn't cleaned once during our time there, even though we asked it to be. Every day we emptied our own trash and had to ask for clean towels. When I politely complained, the lady at the desk stated that we the hotel staff has a comunications problem... We commented on day two that the shower leaked onto the foyer floor and on day three that there was a sewage smell form the tiolet. The staff stated that they would address the problem -- nothing was ever done.

The location was perfect as you were there for Oktoberfest, and it was easily accessible!

The quality of the towels could be better, otherwise everything was great

The room was big and comfortable, there were a bed, a big sofa and a sink. The shower was interesting and big, it had a good quality shawpoo and shower gel

The way that you have only one door for a toilet and a shower is not bad, but I cannot say that it was comfortable enough.

The location is very good- easy access to the metro station and busses, walking distance ti the city center. Quiet and clean and safe area, lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The bathroom needs more privacy, shared shower - WC door, so you can close only one of them.

The hotel is in a good location not too far from tram and metro stations; the room I was accommodated in was spacious enough for one person; the shower was also spacious enough (the bathroom and the shower is separated); the staff was friendly; the noise from outside was on a manageable level

The traffic noise still could have been heard, especially when the trams passed by - but for me it was negligible; also the elevator is a bit old, so one have to have some patience with it

The highlight here is definitely the breakfast. It’s more a short stay hotel than anything else, but the staff also made the stay super enjoyable!

The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours. Unfortunately for us we had extremely noisy neighbours so it woke us quite a bit.

The location was good

The rooms were tiny.But what we found most difficult was the bathroom layout. When you enter the room you walk through the bathroom. There was a shared door for the toilet and the shower, so if you were in the shower you could not close the door on the toilet. And the shower was very exposed - there was a small screen which partially covered the shower - it's a very strange set up and we found it difficult as we were sharing our room with our 11 year old daughter. So neither could shower as there was no privacy. I would not recommend this hotel for families.

The balcony is nicely arranged. We didn’t use it because it was cold, but I imagine that during the summer, it’s pleasant to enjoy your coffee there.

The bed is not comfortable at all, it squeaks... The gray bedding gives the impression that it's not clean. The way the bathroom is organized, with the toilet and shower separate, and the sink in the room, is not very practical. The TVs are old, without the possibility to use YouTube, Netflix, etc.
