Pros +
- Location, staff, room, bed, bedding and pillows are all great.
- Location.
- The staff was very nice, the location is perfect and the rooms were clean. The view from the roof top is amazing.
Cons -
- There are nicer options within walking distance for breakfast and dinner. It is a pitty there is no lounge area.
- Most of the staff were pretty cold, one accused me of not returning a towel to the spa reception. Room felt pretty bare.
- Room 53 - next to the toilet that is used by patrons of the rooftop terrace, not a massive issue but I could hear people going in and out

location, room, facilities
Location was great, look of the building and adjoining restaurant was beautiful, clean and tidy entranceway. My room had skylight windows which looked on to the Main Street with a great view.

Great location. Easy to find. The staff were very kind and accommodating. We had free drink vouchers and drinks in the mini bar were complementary. Short walk to tram and to the market nearby.
Nothing specifically stood out that I didn’t like.
The location and staff were so friendly, the breakfast was beautiful great place for stay def would stay again
I was on the third floor, room location was fine, but the door kept rattling whenever someone on the floor closed their door
Didn't sleep all night, had to put towels down on the pillow as I couldn't stop sneezing
Very clean hotel in the middle of the city, near shops, public transport and main attractions. The floor heating in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise!
Some noise from the street from 6am, but that's because I had my window open.
Loved the breakfast!Great location!
Rooftop was rarely available to guestsElevator and stairways were awkward
So close to the plaza and market. Room was clean and nice. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Everything. The location, the marzipan on the pillows. The fresh sheets and the hated bathroom floor. Gay friendly.
Noting.
The staff was helpful, cheerful & kind. Breakfast was a great start to our days. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Hotel decor was fun. The elevator was spacious enough for the 3 of us and our luggage. The neighborhood felt safe & the proximity to the Christmas Markets cannot be beat.
location, that it's a gay hotel, good food, men's sauna, rooftop terrace, comfy beds
..nothing really
Hotel location was great, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and unexpectedly large by European standards. The restaurant and rooftop terraces were a bonus, with great food and friendly staff.
Great location, room, and staff. Excellent restaurant and rooftop bar too
Room was comfortable. Fantastic location. Great breakfast, and rooftop bar. Mini bar included was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great location, room, and staff. Excellent restaurant and rooftop bar too
The rooms were very clean and the property was centrally located to Marienplatz. Also, FREE sodas, water and beer everyday was an unexpected perk!
Parking. We got lucky and could park on the street infront of the hotel due to German holidays. But, because we booked on Booking.com, we weren’t allowed to reserve a parking space at the hotels private garage (or so we were told).
The room was spacious and the bathroom and amenities were good. Location was good, close to Christmas markets and cathedral. Drinks provided in fridge each day was good.
I paid 20 euro per person for breakfast. No explanation was given for what the breakfast included. Didn’t know you were able to order any type of eggs until at the end of our second breakfast. Waiter at breakfast on first day charged me upfront before I had the breakfast and wasn’t very hospitable. Had dinner there and meals were exceptionally salty. I found the service at the hotel reception unhelpful. I asked if the heating in the room could be put down and only to be told that I could open the window to the street to cool it down. The person manning the reception couldn’t be bothered sending someone to look at the heating. It was so uncomfortably hot that I slept with no doona on. The bed was also hard and the pillows uncomfortable. Cleanliness of room was passable but during our stay our floor had not been swept as it still has pebbles that had been carried into room on our shoes the day before. At no time was I asked if I was happy with the hotel not even at checkout..
