- Modern hotel with engaging staff.
- It was clean and the staff were nice.
- It's a business hotel basically. The hotel staff are all very friendly. There is ample parking if you have a car. The price of the breakfast is too steep. There's a nice Italian restaurant in front of the hotel.
Cons -
- Very remote and difficult to find after dark.
- The location was not very good. There were not many restaurants or shops that were very close.

Great breakfast, wonderful location to see castles! Great knowledgeable staff. Will recommend to friends.
it was en route to the airport from the city centre
breakfast not included. No irons in the room. No complementary tea and coffee in the room.
Extra charges of $100 usd for a child of mine in room when room was booked for 1 adult and my two kids
clean, large and good price
Cleanliness, wifi.
No bell-hop/doormen nor concierge to assist front desk staff
The bed was comfortable
The receptionist was not in his spot when we arrived. He was outside chatting for a while. We asked for a crib and he said he would look for it and let us know. He never got back to us.
The pillows were stained and the bathroom has black grout which was unsightly.
the beds are NOT comfortable at all!!
Spa
Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. Also came with extra pillows. Comfortable beds
Location of the hotel is a bit far but that is also nice as it is quiet during night.
Decent breakfast, nice big room with a desk. Nice and clean.
Could use a check out box/ key drop to speed up the process. The shop at the front is $$$
The hotel’s location is excellent. A bus stop directly in front of the hotel makes it very easy to reach the subway and tram.
The beds and blankets are unbelievably good.
The location is challenging without a car. The hotel is rated 4 stars but nothing showed more than 2 (except for the breakfast price??).
Nice room, but the View out the window overlooked a dumpster!
It was Färber than I thought from Marienplatz!
Spacious rooms clean tidy, across the road is a great Italian restaurant
Location wasn’t the best in relation to the city
the service was good, clean, breakfast was good
the prices of the drinks and food goods sold in the lobby is rediculous, and there are no shops nearby
The cleanliness. It was comfy
