Pros +
- Bathroom. Size of room.
- very good breakfast
- Friendly staff
Cons -
- At --- euros, it was way way over priced
- After a long trip and spending quite a lot of money, this stay was a real let-down.The staff were friendly enough, but communication was difficult because their English was very limited. The bathroom had visible mold, and the whole room smelled bad, like wet towels and mildew. We also had to ask for fresh towels because the ones provided were dirty and stained.Wi-Fi was basically unusable, the signal didn’t reach our room on the first floor, so we had no working internet during the stay.Breakfast was very poor. There was only a small selection, and some items were surprisingly bad (for example, cold pasta salad). Overall it felt low-quality and not worth it.Parking was okay and reasonably priced for a day rate, but that’s about the only positive. If you just need something cheap and can ignore any standard, you can “hold your nose” and get through it. Otherwise, spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.
- The wifi was satisfactory but a little weaker in some places.

Great location, close by the train station. Nice restaurants nearby. Good hotel room and good breakfast (warm eggs, fresh fruit etc.)
Good parkering, at okay price.

Quaint hotel that is a little older and lacks amenities but does the job for a short stay. The location was perfect since it's only a short walk from various train stations and the Oktoberfest fairgrounds while still being close enough to old town Munich. The room was clean and the right size for one person.
The wifi was satisfactory but a little weaker in some places.
Breakfast was good. Quiet location.
Room service could have been more regular, toilet floors were always wet.
It was a good location. Public transport links near by. Tram and UBhan Easily walkable within 15 mins to Karlsplatz Very near the Oktoberfest grounds where Tollwood Christmas Market was held. The second room was fine after asking to move from the original allocated one due to lack of daylight. Very cosy and warm even with no radiators on. The staff are mostly very personable and helpful. They did have gluten free bread available at breakfast but you need to ask for it as it’s cooked to order. Rooms were cleaned when requested once occupied. But they were spotless on arrival. There was a working fridge in the room.
Breakfast was very same each day and sometimes things ran out and weren’t replaced. No refreshment tray in the room but staff did give us one when we asked for a kettle and mugs. (We brought our own tea bag’s). The hot water was very hit and miss. Sometimes there was some other times not. When asked the staff we were told that it wasn’t a wide spread hotel problem and someone would check our room which never happened. We just had to sometimes wait to shower until it became available. We asked to move rooms as our original one was very dark even during the day time, and to be told it was winter! Wasn’t particularly helpful. Television had no English speaking channels. (Not an issue for us but may be for some) Pillows were a little worn out but we managed as we didn’t want to complain any more. Not the best hotel we stayed in but certainly not the worst.
The hotel was very good, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good with a good value for what they presented. The location is good, bus stop by the corner and the train station is about 10 minutes walking.
Breakfast was very good.
The elevator was not working but the desk clerk carried my bag to the 4th floor. Could not find the wifi password and the room phone was not working to call the front desk to ask. Also could not locate a thermostat for heating the room.
Huge bedroom and bathroom. Easy access to train station and public transport.I deal for Octoberfest!!!Staff were helpful and friendly.Breakfast was fantastic. Would recommend to stay.
Sadly the lift broke just before we booked out!! Lugged our suitcase down from the top!!
The staff were okay. The location was good.
I feel catfished. The 7.7 score and the photos. It absolutely is not 7.7.We paid £450 for 4 nights and I think it was grotesquely overpriced. The pillows were the worst pillows I've ever experienced in my life and I've stayed in some places!I asked for my pillows to be swapped - didn't happen. It ruined my sleep.I'm going home exhausted!I'm really annoyed about it to be fair.
Evening gentlemen on nights was excellent. Have us a coffee pot to make tea.
No hot water pot in room. Only one small pillow. Room had misty smell.
Staff were nice
Bad 154 euro spent. The room and furniture was bare bones..Room was worse than the pictures, very old and worn down, very noisy, elevator broken. Even the breakfast was bare minimum..No cups, no kettle, I booked a double room and got two single duvet. Thank God, it was only booked for a night.
Good location and close to metro and old town
Room was very unsophisticatedly furnished, was missing possibility to drink coffee in the morning, however it was clean and enough comfortable.
Friendly staff
Old fashioned and breakfast options could be improved
Very spacious room, clean and fresh towels every day, nice breakfast and the staff was so kind. Perfect stay I'm
Location was good, stuff was nice and friendly
Soft beds, the way you were supposed to be connected to WiFi - way too complicated and time consuming
Location, was clean and comfortable. Just up the road from the Oktoberfest
Nowhere to open suitcases except on the floor.
Didn't feel like a 3 star hotel. Very basic. Wi-Fi barely had any signal and didn't work. Onsite car park was convenient. Good breakfast.
