Need better locations with plugs definatly bring an extention card for your electronics... Need the circular adapter to fit into the sockets, gets a bit of a musty smell... Need to Keep the windows open

When I came with my car it was super convenient to park. A great relief with the parking situation in Munich. The reception was glad to get me another pillow.

The location has been great for my visits. Close to family. This is my third visit to the hotel but my last.

As stated, it was my third visit but still, my last. Walking into the lobby, this time, I was greeted by the strong and horrible smell of cigarettes. It seemed the clerk was just smoking away in the office, filling the lobby. Outside, the front door there were several smokers sitting around. Though our room was a non-smoking room, you couldn't open the window because so many guests just sat outside and smoked. The odor made the room and hallways smell like an ashtray all hours of the stay. Not worth the 100 euro

1) No staff or nothing of that sort at all to check the ID. Anyone can just simply book it and enter2) I got stuck in the washroom and I kept knocking but no one showed up. Luckily after so many tries the door opened. In such circumstances, there was no one readily available to talk to about the issue.

It was too costly but with no value for it. For example just for BF which doesn have just 4 or 5 available to eat it was charged at 18 euros per time bf which is too much and its not worthy even 5euros. common toilets were mess and cleanliness was also not good.

Arriving outside of normal check-in hours was simple, but you need to notify the hotel advance. You get a code to a key box and get yourself in. Our room was small in the cellar floor, but suited for us for just sleeping. Our door was bit harder to open at first but we figured ot out. The shared bathroom and shower ccame as a bit of a surprise but there were locks on the doors to have privacy. The breakfast was tasty and the old lady, who spoke no english, was adorable! All in all our stay was pleasant! Thank you!

The shared shower is small 60 cm x 100 cmThe water has been ran out in the bathroom The shower and bathroom have sensor that after app. 15 minutes that lights will tuned OFF ! so you have to hurry !There is no slippersYour head will hit the roofThe reception was want to give me a room in the B-level, but I informed them that my reservation is cozy so they changed it !

Overall stay I am satisfied. Staff were very nice, hospitable and kind. Excellent facility need to do few things in addition to make it a top plce to stay.

There was no kettle in the room. Not criticism but is normally expected to provide tea and coffee facilities. Room was very basic.

Easy access to the parking outside the building. Kind and helpful staff at the front desk. Sink and mirror in the room. Spacious closets, hangers and drawers. Adjustable heating device.

Poor noise isolation, we could hear the neighbors in the room across the hall.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Underground, the room was good size, bed was comfortable, free parking.Dated furnishings, but well preserved & clean Staff is polite, if they're there

- upon arrival I was initially offered a room in the cellar, practically underground - this wasn't in the description of the room! I rejected it. - the bathroom doesn't get cleaned often enough, I could not force myself to use it (am not the type that gets disgusted quickly).- there's nobody in the hotel during the night - neither there not on call. Called booking due to a rowdy neighbour in the next room who didn't go to sleep until 2-3 o'clock in the morning & there was nobody they could contact either. Absolutely unacceptable! - coffee machine needs a check - you get a cup of hot water with grains of soluble coffee on top of it, it does not taste good. - the receptionist is nowhere to be found around 20h although the reception / check in is supposed to be open until 21h / 9 pm

Amazing location, very friendly and lovely staff. The place is also clean including shared bathrooms and toilets. Overall it is really value for money.

Duvet offered was short in size and for someone who is 180cm a longer duvet can make a cold night slightly comfortable.

Would have benefited having an extra pillow. Just on a personal level it would have been nice to have earlier housekeeping.

We went for Oktoberfest and the hotel was very close to metro station so was easy to go to the party. Very clean and comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The room was unclean, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell of the rooms. For the price, I expected far better conditions. It feels like the hotel hasn't seen any updates or proper maintenance in years. Considering how expensive it is, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless some serious improvements are made.

Clean and basic, very close to main tube to go into city centre and Oktoberfest. Close to bakeries and supermarket too. Staff were really nice and gave us a better room when we stayed :)

The hotel was perfectly connected to the metro, yet located in a quiet residential area. Very clean and ideal for short visits, I would definitely recommend it. Plus, our room was upgraded to one with a private bathroom with no extra charge which was great.

It would have been great if breakfast was included, but there are several near by places so it wasn't a problem.
