The room decor and proximity to the subway

The majority of staff were rude and we felt unwelcome. The bathroom smelled like a sewer.

Grand hotel with comfortable rooms and restroom.

I booked for 4 people, 2 kids and 2 adults but the hotel was unable to provide extra bed on request. The reception tried but the manager was rude.

Big beds, room was spacious and clean

The room was too hot and air super dry. Breakfast was below average, poor quality food.

I would never stay there...

Heating system is not working. The phone in the room is not working. Not very clean, I found some hair in the bathroom.

The room was unbearably warm and no ac. Opening the window did not help and there is snow outside

All the staff are very nice and helpful: mariana, fatma azahra, saeed, gabreala..all very nice and kind.

3 saunas, the breakfast is very good, the staff are very nice, 24/7 reception, big hotel, quiet neighborhood, close to the metro

The TV doesn't have a lot of channels, no Netflix, the pillows are bad, the bedsheets were sometimes dirty with dust etc,

- clean and spacious rooms- parking spots in private underground garage or free parking on the street (there were some areas around the hotel)- 24h reception- close to underground station

- unfortunately, those days there was an issue with the hot water, it was barely lukewarm. Fortunately, it was solved one day before check out

Nothing just is a little outside the center of the city but whit the subway is easier

The hotel is located near a metro station, which will bring you directly to city centre. Our room was very large, beds comfy. What we appreciated was max height in the parking garage 3.20m.

We think the breakfast wasn’t worth the money.

The wooden bed frame was... stylish, but too big to avoid it without collateral damage

The hotel is very nice and quite, very close to the U-bahn station. Only negative point for my taste are the pillows very soft, all the rest was perfect. A very good place where to stay in Munich

Room was really nice. My son refused to go to city. And once we return from city next day, the room was clean again. We were surprised, because not many hotels do that. We didn't have time to try the breakfast, but we will try next time.

This was my second time staying at the Grand Palladium during Oktoberfest. It's very convenient to the train station to get downtown. Large rooms and clean.

Because I've only gone during Oktoberfest, the prices have always been a little inflated. That's everywhere during this time, but it doesn't always make it seem like its a great value.

My 5th stay here and as usual very good. Great restaurant, large room (deluxe) with hot tub. Reasonable breakfast.

The location itself was nice, the room size was decent, and the level of cleanliness was good. Fairly close the metro stations and to restaurants/supermarkets. Checking in and out was smooth, so overall ok.

It was waaaaaay too hot. We opened the windows to get some fresh air, and then turned on the ventilation system. I changed all the settings, temperature, fan speed, mode, etc - but the air was unbreatheable.
