BATU Apart Hotel

Very convenient location near the main train station and 5 minutes from the old town by foot. I was upgraded to the luxury room: while it wasn't what I would call 'luxury', it was very nice and had everything I needed, including a powerful hot shower.

Room cleaning every other day, not daily. Some rooms have shared bathrooms.

Location! It is very close to the train station, just a few minutes walk. It is also just a few blocks from Marienplatz. This was overall a good place to stay. It was quiet and clean, and had everything we needed. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

Great location upon arriving by bus from Italy and central to explore Munich! Lots of groceries and shops nearby that we appreciated- as well as some quiet parks! Beautiful bright apartment, we loved getting to cook some meals in the kitchen, and check in was sooo smooth!

The wifi was a bit spotty - but otherwise loved it!

After entering the room and seeing the conditions, we decided not to stay and left immediately. So I didnot like it at allHowever to be fair, the location is good, directly opposite the train station, which is convenient for transportation.

The room was an attic room with a very slanted wall, making it uncomfortable to stand or move around. The space felt cramped and inconvenient. The air conditioning did not seem to work at all. Only the area near the radiator was warm, so the room temperature was uneven and uncomfortable. The cleanliness was below expectations, especially the bathroom, which did not appear to be properly cleaned

It's a great location, right by the central train station. The building itself is not what I typically expect from a hotel, but the room was clean and cozy and very nice. We had plenty of space, and even though it was right in the middle of the city, it wasn't overly loud.

There was no real reception desk; you just check in online ahead of time and get a door code to get in the building. This was fine, except we didn't realize that and hadn't checked in online. The hotel itself isn't fancy, but it works great.

BATU Hotel is very close the railways station and near to the centre of Munich, although the immediate surroundings are a bit rough and the hotel entrance would be easy to miss. A good base for exploring the sights of Munich.

Location was good. 2nd nite there discovered cockroaches. Notified front desk. They offered to clean the room again. We asked for refund to move but they refused.

Cockroaches and lack of customer service to resolve the problem.

The apartment was very close to Munich Central Station, making it extremely convenient for transport. The self check-in without staff was clear and easy to follow. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a very good bed. Overall, it felt safe inside the property.

The surrounding area felt noisy, dirty, and somewhat unsafe at night, with many construction works and people loitering around the station. The access to the apartment, including the elevator in the courtyard, did not feel very clean. The external environment negatively affected the experience, even though the apartment itself was excellent.

Well appointed room, comfortable bed. Walking distance to old town.

Parking was a hassle since there’s no loading zone or area to easily park while running inside to get the fob. Instructions were clear at least for parking and check in. A lot of noise outside at night and as a woman getting catcalled I wouldn’t have wanted to wander alone at night.

The great location adjacent to the Hauptbahnhof and the Lufthansa airport bus, spacious quiet room no. 41 with separate kitchen, the accommodating and courteous housekeeping service every third day with change of towels, rubbish removal, coffee capsules replenishment, the pleasant reception individual who I only met once in the laundry room and who kindly explained how to use the coin-operated washing machine and dryer, the room lighting and electrical sockets.

We had a hard time locating the button to switch on the a/c and I had to message the property who quickly messaged back advising the button location in German (fortunately I understand some German?) so can I kindly suggest that they leave sticker instructions above the a/c switch box near the entrance door.Additionally, the room door code access sometimes got stuck and we had to retry the code a few times to open the door. We did not experience any problem accessing the main door to the property.

Great location, very clean. Has elevator. Allowed us to check in early with no extra fee. Has coffee machine and kitchen utensils. Fresh towels daily. Cleaners came daily. There is Vietnamese restaurant downstairs if you are hungry. Grocery is very close. Lots of restaurant nearby. Highly recommended!!

The apartment is pretty big and it has all you need. The staff was helpful and responsive.

The area isn’t the nicest in Munich.

Close to city center, decent size apartments, good kitchen equipment

Neighborhood is shady - do not recomment for families with kids, highest floor apartment's area is limited by angled ceilings

Close to railwaystation, Shopping center and public transport.

It is really loud in the night. Because the Tram is directly in the front of the building.

I have no issue with the 2 rooms I booked. Stayed for 2 nites. Apartments complete with utensils, clean and good heater. What I like most was the bed and pillows, COMFORTABLE. Apartment is very near from Central Station. Nothing to dislike. All went well and the staffs are easy to contact even we reached apartment after 10pm.
