This hotel is underrated. For the price, sufficiency and location I don't see the reason not to give 10 points. I thought it is simple hotel for short stay but clean convenient room and relatively big bathroom are up to the standard of a regular (mid-range) hotel, not a budget one, yet the price is budget-friendly for Munich. And location is perfect for both city center and airport : exactly on Moosach train station, up to 15 minutes to the center and up to 30 minutes to the airport.

Limited dining options In this area, but still existing. It is convenient place for moving around Munchen but nothing to do in the area itself. But it was not my purpose so I didn't downgrade it

we were there for 5 days but they didn’t clean the room.

Excellent location, good overall facilities in apartment and play area for kids that my son liked the most.

The appartament had everything we needed. The location, next to Moosach station was very convenient. The hotel has a very nice concept. Breakfast was very good

All was perfect and there was really cozy!

During the last three days, the water in the shower has not been hot; it has been almost cold. The staff changed our room, but this did not help.

Close to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn with tram and buses right near the hotel. You can go anywhere around the city with that. Room was spacious and in case needed you have wending machines with sweets, drinks but also stuff like toothbrush, paste etc.Parking is in underground garage. It costs 15E per night

Room was a bit dusty under the bed, it lacked a bit of cleanliness all around. You get only one pan and a liter sized pot so a bit limited with cooking. Would like that it was maybe one pot more or so.

Great location, very clean room, friendly staff, and good price, everything was outstanding

We had the 2 bed flat - 2 rooms connected via a joint kitchen / dining area which was perfect for us. Very practical with supermarkets, parking garage and train connection next door. Laundry facilities were also useful.

Kitchen could be a little better equipped such as with a coffee maker, dishwasher or at least plates that fit into the sink and microwave.

If you really like pindrop silence during sleep than it could be Sometimes an issue due to trains passing by though the noise is very low thanks to very well insulated windows.

The location is great, staff had been very friendly at check-in, good place for car-parking.

The facilities in the room have been for 2 persons only, no cleaning in the first 3 days, only at request on day 4.

Modern and comfortable hotel. Excellent location to get to via all kinds of public transit: train, subway, bus, tram, taxi. There are several restaurants and snack food places around.

Very clean and comfortable with modern facilities. Space in the house is generous and the location is convenient with various public traffics nearby. Also many shopping choices surrounding the hotel. and, nice reception all day long.

I hope the designer of the bathroom may consider a little bit more about the setting and arrangement of the different facilities inside. For example, the shower place might be better on the most inner side with just one piece of flat glass to divide the dry and wet area, rather than a small cubic glass room directly at the door. It may make the setting more reasonable and comfortable for using.
