Excellent location, very close to Munich's main train station. Delicious breakfast. Large room with a comfortable bed. Clean, quiet, and safe. Room cleaned daily. Friendly staff.

The breakfast had lots of choices and the service was prompt and polite. The room was spacious and in the quiet hallway which was a lovely touch that I didn't even request. All members of staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and very detail-oriented. The location is conveniently located next to bus, metro, and tram stops for quickly getting around the city (especially at the end of the day when your feet are tired)!

The bed was too soft for me, so be wary if you like a firmer mattress. This isn't really against the hotel, but during breakfast another guest yelled at me in German and continued to raise her voice even after I told her that I don't speak German (in German). It was very unpleasant and not the fault of the hotel, although it would have been nice if the employee working breakfast had intervened. Instead everyone just pretended it wasn't happening which was weird, especially given how friendly they all were 1:1.

Great location right near München HB train station. Very fair price with breakfast included. Quite large room that was quite comfortable. The lift works, which is always good when you have bags. Professional Management with a smile - Thanks alot.

The location was great. It is close to the main station, and almost all the tourist destinations. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was really good. The location is in the centre of all the restaurants and mini market.. i would definitely be in the same hotel if I visit munich again.

Located conveniently close to the main station, underground, tram, and walking distance to old city centre. Breakfast was fresh; good adequate choice. The owners are wonderfully helpful. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom had a bath if that’s your thing. Would stay again.

The hôtel is very well located. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are very kind and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel on my own and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — right next to Munich Central Station and within walking distance of the city center, with many shops nearby. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptionally warm and friendly service at the reception, which made me feel truly welcome. My room was very clean and elegant, and the hotel has a charming, old-fashioned atmosphere that pleasantly feels like stepping back 50 years in the best possible way. The breakfast room is pleasant and elegant.The breakfast itself is simple but sufficient for a good start to the day (with the exception of the coffee). There is also a noticeable, yet somehow pleasant contrast between the cozy atmosphere inside the hotel and the feeling of the street outside.

The only downside for me was the coffee at breakfast — it is served in a pot and is quite weak. Even if this may be part of the hotel’s concept, I believe a coffee machine offering a choice of coffee drinks would be a great improvement.

Everything. It was about a 2 minute walk from the main train station, and the staff were so friendly. Checking in was also so easy

The location is excellent and near everything like restaurants, metro, downtown, malls. The value for money is very good and the room area is enough. The breakfast is also good.

Old furnishings that were well worn. Mattress sucked and needs replaced. Very noisy outside so bring earplugs or ask for a room that doesn’t face the street

To tell the truth, almost everything in this range. Carpeted floors, impeccable cleanliness, functionalities and morover, The TV works on direct channels and does not require a Wi-Fi account or other peculiarities. What's more, the staff are excellent, efficient, and attentive. Very decent breakfast.

The curtains, if they were truly blackout curtains, would really enhance the living room. That's why the note is 9 instead of 10.

- Sound isolation was so terrible. I could hear everything from the street (2nd floor) like it was inside my room. I could also hear adjacent rooms.The noise outside goes all night.- Bed was uncomfortable
