Hotel Alfa Zentrum

Wonderful staff. Very clean room.

The hotel room I was assigned was spacious, very well and sensibly laid out, and very clean. The check in staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was great - large selection of items, great quality. The location is excellent and definitely saved time and money by avoiding extra commuting.

I did not identify any aspects I did not like.

The receptionist was super helpful, nice and friendly; the breakfast was very good value for money It had a lot of fresh fruit;

The close distance to the central station has it's disadvantages but there are a lot of police around so you don't perceive insecurity

I was extremely impressed with the staff and the service. They were so accommodating! Despite booking for one person, I was given a very spacious room on the top floor (a three-person room) with a great view. They also helped store my luggage and were kind enough to carry it upstairs. Combined with a price that is much better than comparable hotels nearby, this was a fantastic stay and I would definitely return.

The breakfast is a bit monotonous, so you can skip it.

Close to train station and all the Octoberfest action. Breakfast was very good and staff excellent. Unit has a fridge.

The room was a little on the small side. The cost of rooms goes up substantially during Octoberfest, but this hotel was the best value.

Friendly and helpful staff, the room was cozy and had nice soundproof windows and the location was very central within few steps from public transport

The proximity of the central station has its disadvantages as well, like having a lot of drunk people wandering around

Typical German Pension style. Reception then an accommodation block. Room was fine for a short trip and close to central station for connections. Munich does not generally have air-con at this price. Also a fridge which was handy. I’d use again. Good for short business or tourist stay. Pretty quiet through the night.

Close to central station. Local roads feel a little edgy. Quite a few hostels etc down these backstreets and quite a few on the streets drinking/smoking. Wouldn’t recommend for a nervous traveller later at night.

Location great, walking distance from Central Station

It is not a Hotel. It is a Hostel. So much so all neighbours are hostels, same type of building, lots of stairs up and down for you to get to room. Noisy, people are noisy and something keeps making noise at night. Not a real pillow. Just some fabric put together to mimic a pillow.Horrible staff to deal with late check out. They will pull you out from room and also charge for it.Not worth the cost. When was it that we normalised over 150 euros a night for a below average place?

Quiet room, friendly staff and good breakfast

Very clean, tidy, friendly hosts, nice breakfast all fantastic.

Location, was handy to public transportation, but not a good look walking thru a lot of homeless street life, didn’t feel safe.Single beds pushed together, always like a double when we booked

This property exceeded our expectations- Clean-Comfortable-Friendly-Breakfast exceptionally good-Home away from home

we stayed 2 nights in the hotel and all I can say is praise for the staff. the hotel is in a great place in the center, the breakfast is more than good, everything is extremely clean and tidy!

very kind personel really. Rarely you can see someone so nice as the guy at the reception. Highest praise! Kibd for explaining, parking and breakfast.

The best hotel in a great location, In the center and at the same time in a quiet, peaceful place, from where you can walk to and visit the most important places, including the charming historical center. I also want to mention how smiling, friendly, and attentive the staff there is.

The room is very very small. The receptionist is nervous and exaggerated and treated me with superiority. It was a very bad experience. The cost in booking.com is lower than the hotel in board by 40 euros

Simple but comfortable and quiet. Very close to the station

Location is great! The staff is very friendly. Everything was really nice - clean, warm, inside parking, breakfast. Thank you very much!

I had to book it last minute due to a travel change. Communication with the staff was easy and very helpful. They waited for me despite being delayed and their shift was over. Comfy bed, but narrow space ideal for one night or two. Very quiet family hotel and close to the station.

Internet wasn't working well in my accomodation. I had to climb few stairs to reach the elevator with a big suitcase and that was a bit cumbersome.

A warm welcome, comfortable and clean room and a good breakfast. Thanks Anton for kindness

The room was super clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable, even though it was a single one, and the room had all amenities. Great shower as well. Good location, short walking distance from the main station; we felt safe. Anthon from reception was super kind. Recommended!

There is a small side door to get in after reception hours, but it was not a problem. A bit of noise in the corridor, but again not too much.
