I would start my comments with GREAT Hospitality that we have received from the very first day, from the Owner. He is a great host!Breakfast was excellentHotel was clean and well positioned.

Extra pay for Parking was overrated and I was not informed about that.

No uber drivers can find the location and the receptionist stood there while a taxi driver in reception tried to charge me triple the fare for the distance. The wait at reception was too long with only one person there. I once waited while the receptionist had a chat with his friend.

Location and value for price. It is located in the former Olympic Athlete Village right next to Olympia Park. Very short walk to the U-Bahn.

Breakfast was basic and expensive for the price. There are limited services at this hotel -- it is a basic hotel occupying 3 floors of an apartment building. No opportunities for early check-in or late check-out without paying extra.

Great location, right next to Olympiahalle and right next to U-Bahn Station. There is also a supermarket, bakeries and restaurant. Room was spotlessly clean and had what we needed. Excellent staff. Great and chill atmosphere in the lobby. It was perfect for our needs.

Food that was supposed to be hot for breakfast was not hot.

Very good located near Olympia park, with a private parking from where we could access the hotel easily. The room was good and the bed very confortable.

I disliked the staff knocking at our door rudely a couple of minutes before the due time to check-out. I find it disrespectful.

Location was perfect. Metro station near and a short walk to BMW. The view from 14th floor was nice. Breakfast was great with own made orange juice.

The shower was a bit broken. The water was not running smoothly and the water pressure was too high.

Convenient stay for a concert in Olympiahalle (within easy walking distance). Very near the metro as well to easily move around Munich. Parking option is a plus. Clean and spacious rooms.

I arrive by car. Lots of above ground parking. Short walk to subway station to go to Oktoberfest or Munich center city.

Overall great hotel, modern bathroom, comfy bed and friendly staff!
