had to elevator to one floor and then drag luggage to the other end of the corridor to take another elevator to get to the room. no valet service

This has been my favourite hotel to stay at. I was lucky enough to be on the 20th floor and had an amazing view in a beautiful luxury room. Breakfast was fantastic, the chefs all deserve a compliment. The spa was the reason I chose the hotel and it was phenomenal. An amazing view from the 22nd floor with the pool directly nearby, an incredible sauna and steam room. It was so luxurious.

More than half the mens lockers in the spa changing room are missing a door. They should look to repair those, since it is also a public sauna, meaning anyone could enter. There's a sign saying they take no responsibility for stolen items, which in most cases is fair enough, but not when half the lockers don't have a means of locking. I was lucky enough that I was a guest and could all my valuables in my room, aside from my room key, and even that left me a little paranoid.

The pool area was really nice and the view from our room was excellent.

The balcony did not seem safe, nor private enough since it was not separated properly from the other rooms. Furthermore the balcony was dirty. The walls are thin enough for you to hear the neighbours all night, and the dogs. The "Spa" consists in a not-enough-warm pool and a very small mixed sauna. the spa area is so small that is impossible to find a free long chair (with an entire building of rooms, there are like 20 spots in the "spa"). I booked this hotel for the Spa, and I even upgraded my room to have the balcony: I was not able to use either.

The room was amazing the staff cleaned it everyday during our stay the view was also great.

The only downside was that in the toilet cubicle there was a strange smell Other than that everything was Perfect

The room was exactly what we needed, comfy bed, beautiful view, well-stocked bathroom, and convenient location. The breakfast was delicious with amazing choices. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Poor

Very poorly maintained Hotel. The room we stayed in has broken doors put together with duct tape and screws. The air vents made of wood were damaged. Stained and and smelly carpets. Also seems like people smoke weed in this hotel and the smell usually lingers in the corridor once. It's not the quality and level that you expect when hear "Sheraton". Not to forget the wellness and spa amenities they offered are totally outdated and everything is just worn off e.g., broken lockers, old equipment, etc. There are definitely far more better hotels with cheaper prices than this to stay in Munich.

The pool and amenities were great, room was very spacious.

The beds weren’t that comfortable; room was a king bed room when booked and upon entering, discovered it was two single person beds pushed together to make a bed.

The hotel was in a great location. the staff were very attentive and friendly. Most importantly, the hotel was very clean.

The property overall is fantastic. The rooms we had were small but comfortable and had everything we needed. The front of house staff were excellent; especially the guy who checked us in. Super professional and friendly! The gym was fine for a quick workout and the pool was a good size (little bit cool but ok if you keep moving around). I didn’t book any spa treatments so can’t comment on that. The layout of the pool/sauna/steam room and changing rooms was very well done. The pool is at the top of a set of stairs quite separate allowing for kids to swim at all times; unlike another hotel we stayed at. Down the stairs to the right are the separate change rooms with electronic lockers. Down the stairs to the left is the entry to the sauna and steam room with two showers and a drinking fountain. Clothing is NOT permitted in the sauna or steam room. Only a towel is allowed to sit on. Unless kids are unsupervised and can’t read the sign on the wall next to the entrance they shouldn’t wander in there. The steam room is very dark with a star light ceiling. The sauna is brightly lit and a good size.

I would have scored the hotel a perfect 10 however a sentimental item belonging to my daughter went “missing” just after a room clean. Front of house made extensive enquiries but sadly the item was never recovered. The item was worthless but irreplaceable. That was the only downer

The view from the top floor with the spa is great

The room was not cleaned properly (dirty toilet seat…gross). Also no compliments what so ever - no slippers, no bathrobe, not even some ear cleaning tips. That is standard for a hotel of that price range. Staff is very polite but it does not make up for the bad room.

Horrible staff experience. Bad communication with them, multiple issues. We recieve wrong room, personal didn't want to give us breakfast even do we had it via genius 2, specifically asked to not have room service but we still got the room service.
