Excellent customer service on concierge

I stayed several times in this hotel already and I think it is great value. There is parking place, bus stop is just in front of the hotel. With bus and U- bahn you are in the city center in 30 minutes. There are different grocery stors very close. Hotel is clean, well isolated so there is no noise, stuff is very kind. I will deffinitely come again.

I find it dark in the room at night as there is no ceiling light.

The mattress was not comfortable — it had clearly sagged in the middle, which made sleeping difficult.

The lacaton is far from city center. Comercial area. The room was very small.

In the room I found a BUG!!! Right at the entrance of bathroom, which was really disgusting. It was still alive and had to remove it to get into the bathroom. Upon my arrival at the hotel at 22:15, although in the online arrival form it was mentioned the arrival time, nobody was at the reception. I waited for some minutes and asked someone at the bar, whom told me to just wait. There was no bell to ring at the desk and after calling a few times, an employee showed up, with no apologies for the long wait. I was handled a key, which didńt work and I had to come back downstairs, to explain that it wasn’t working as blinking red. Again from the employee came no apologies. I was really exhausted from the long train journey and coming to the Leaonardo Hotel that night did not feel at all like a good experience, definitely not one would expect from a 4-stars rated hotel. The chair in the room was also stained easily, there were holes in the walls and the bedsheets were torn.

Standard room with all the usual items in it.Comfortable beds and a very good shower.Breakfast was very very good with a huge selection of things to have. There is no way you are going to leave breakfast still felling hungry, there was something there for everyone with every taste.

Nothing at the hotel made me think that I didn't like any part of it.

Decent size of room, bathrooms were better, Acess to bus which is right in front of the property, restaurant is good, closer to metro, Aldi super market is just across.

Maintenance can be better. We had a fire alarm going on and all guests were evacuated till fire some 3 tenders arrived and inspected the hotel. We were told that some guests were smoking and hence the alarm went on..

Modern, comfortable, clean, excellent service and super cosy/comfortable rooms.

It’s just a little far from the center but it only needs 5 min can just walk to the subway station. It’s quiet and safe around and a lot of restaurants you can choose. In fact my trip here is pretty good!

if you want to go with a partner, you can hear very clear the noise from the other roomsin the room you have a door that is locked and is between 2 rooms, so is not so intimate

Very friendly staff, tasty breakfast (with honeycomb!) and nice clean spacious rooms.

Rooms have 0 soundproofing - I was able to hear folks talking in a room nearby at 2am as good as if they were sitting on my bed.

Very convenient. I stayed at this hotel during the Oktoberfest. It was quite close to the event place, and there are some bakeries, a supermarket, and a pharmacy.

The bed, shower, room space all good. Breakfast was adequate - it was good quality, but repetitive across all days. Not any vegan/vegetarian option for the warm breakfast options. Location is okay i guess - there's a bus stop right at the door step (though i did not use it), but i think the metro station is a bit of a walk (again din't use it). all uber eats guys came and delivered at the location.

The internet kept dropping and you had to reconnect again all the time. The lighting in the room is almost non-existent - this was the most dimly lit room i've ever stayed in. The thermostat in my room wasn't working, called reception, they fixed, but it went off again, called again and then it worked for rest of the nights. There's also no fitness center (this is something I should've checked before)

Room was clean and comfortable with free tea and coffee.

No proper common sitting area at ground floor or in lobby. Location is far from city centre.

Cleanliness, buffet was very filling, all staff we encountered were fantastic.
