Nothing. In short, despite multiple promises, my stay was plagued by an uncomfortable bed, lack of air conditioning, constant noise, and unfulfilled commitments, resulting in a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.

Our stay was a deeply disappointing experience. The mattress in our room was completely substandard—soft, sagging, and uneven—making it impossible to sleep. I reported this immediately, and although I was promised a room change, it never happened. Each time I checked, I was told to wait until the next time, but no room became available. Eventually, they promised to change the mattress, but that never happened either. On top of that, the room had no air conditioning (no split unit), and we had to keep the window open due to the heat and stuffiness. This meant lots of noise from outside. The rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear everything—cleaning staff in the hallway, and the guests upstairs getting ready in the morning. Overall, a truly terrible experience and far below any reasonable standard.

The location and neighborhood are nice, 10 minutes to the metro. Nice restaurants and places for coffee

The location is great. Close to the Underground U1 line Maillingerstraße, which was just 500 meters away. The hotel room was modern and pleasant. Nice cozy balcony on the 1st floor, not much of a view, but the balcony area looks chic. The private parking space underground is great and saved us the headache of parking at the hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful. Danke!

Their system had a glitch where our Key did not work, so we had to go to reception to reactivate. Badside tavle was only for one side. wardrobe door was a bit heavy.

The location was convenient for our trip.

Disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in this hotel.- Mold Issues: There was significant black mold and grime on the showerhead, the shower hose, and even on the ceiling/walls of the room.- Lack of Maintenance: The walls and doors were stained and dirty, showing a complete lack of basic upkeep.- Health Concerns: I experienced skin irritation and itching during my stay, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably.

The room was cozy and had everything necessary. Reception works 24/7.

The room was pretty narrow but I guess that's what it takes for a one person room.

Sound proofing in room was poor. Could hear late night talking in corridor and children screaming! things settled by 1am, I had to use my headphone to sleep

Very good location. Close to the tram station and U-bahn station. The room was comfortable and tidy. The breakfast was very good and tasty. Friendly staff on the reception.

One day at the entrance of the restaurant, the woman was grumpy.

Location does require a bit of walking to train to get into city 10-15 mins but otherwise fine

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, and I was kindly offered a free room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise.The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water provided in the room.

The room is great for the money. The radiators are somewhat "dated" yet one may control the temperature.

Parking 15 euros per night. Feel free to find the place in the neighborhood - it is free at night (23-9).

Excellent service, with a great room, clean facilities, very friendly and professional staff that made my stay a pleasure. Would highly recommend and am confident I'll come back, when in München.

Average hotel - room with a bed and breakfast which if it is to your taste you will enjoy it if not Good Luck - what is placed is what you get slow on refills of popular items at the buffet.

The only downside to the room was the beds - they were two beds placed next to each other, which were constantly moving apart and a gap formed between the beds.
