    Pros +

    • It is located in a nice place, but could not find it into the GPS.
    • It was nice, affordable, and very clean. It is near the train station (7 min walking).
    • Excellent location, and it was very clean and cozy

    Cons -

    • The late check in was a little bit confusing and complicated
    • The only thing I didn't like didn't depend on the hotel. Someone had smoked inside the room right beside ours and the smell came a bit in the corridor and in our room. But.. it's not the hotel's fault. Thank god the smell went away pretty fast. I really dislike when people are so rude!!!
    • Breakfast was horrible - we had to go find our own cutlery from other tables while the lady in charge was playing with her phone. The food wasn't great at all.

Everything! It was incredibly clean and well organized. The staff was lovely, the lady who welcomed us was super bubbly and kind :)

Good location - Clean - Good for a business trip if you are visiting somewhere close by.

Room as described. Comfy bed and easy check-in (the late check-in was so easy, and we love the check-in system). Our visit was for going to the Oktoberfest, and it was quite easy to go from the station to the hotel (only 6 min walking), and the U5 takes you straight to Theresienwiese. There's a supermarket nearby as well.

It was very loud in the morning, we could hear people talking in the corridors, children running around, people talking on the street...so it was a bit annoying.

The hotel is located in a quiet area outside the environmental zone. It is possible to register overnight and receive a room card at night using the machine at the entrance.

Parking is an additional fee, and there was no information on how to purchase a parking space at night. In our case, we left our car in a local parking lot along the street next to the hotel.

Easy self check in process, clean and tidy room, not to far of a walk from the train station, good breakfast too

Room was quite stuffy with only a fan for cooling, I think it would be very hot peak summer

Spacious Rooms are clean, updated modern decor. Good use of space for storage. Short walk to U-Baun station (7min?)Has an attached Italian restaurant. Offer coffee there in morning There are two grocery stores very close

Would be nice to have coffee in rooms. Location is far from main attractions and must travel by public transportation. Wish there was more restaurants in area

Hotel located in the city center. The receptionist and the breakfast waiter were nice and kind. Very good and varied breakfast. Spacious and clean rooms. Big pluses: the swimming pool and the parking.

Everything was perfect. Check-in was quick, and there's a display outside the building. The rooms were clean and the service was perfect. Recommended.

The location is perfect for a night’s stay, check in and check out is very easy, rooms are clean.

Beds could be more comfortable, and the bathrooms smell quite bad even though they’re perfectly clean

Location of the hotel is nice. Good access to services, supermarkets and station nearby. Staff at the reception was nice. We have greatest compliments to the two women who served breakfast in our final days.

The staff taking care of breakfast in the first couple of days was extremely rude. In an empty restaurant we had to sit in the most uncomfortable spot by the aisle, since they didn't want to clean the rest. The breakfast was scarse, in very small servings that runs out fast. They ran out of most of the food by 8.30 (breakfast is until 10). Also, there was hardly any vegetable, so we bought our own in the supermarket to bring to the buffet. But the last few days there were two extremely kind staff members who completely changed our impression. They really made us feel welcomed, we could sit anywhere we wanted (finally together as a family) and they were fast to help us, bringing more food to the buffet so that nobody was left without.Rooms were little and not so easy to move around. The kingsize beds were narrow, matresses with indentantions. Cuvets and pillows were the cheapest one could find, so we could either be cold or overheated because of the material.''Eco friendly hotel' lable was just an excuse for not providing some services. Upon arrival, sheets were full of stains, one even smelled of urine. In the bathroom you could see some toenails clipings. They "cleaned" the rooms every other day, almost kicking us out to do it at 9 am. I can manage without them making the bed and changing the towels, but it was frustrating not to have enough tolilet paper. Once more, we were grateful for the supermarkets nearby. There is also no air conditioning in the hotel so we had the window opened all the time. That was sometimes very hard to do as people were smoking, yelling and drinking right below and there was kitchen smells of burned oil, fish and pizza mixed odour comming from the restaurant.

Location of the hotel is very calm, during night didnt hear any noise and nothing was disturbing to sleep. Also it is easy to get to city center from there, U-Bahn is just few minutes away from the hotel

    7Guillem.ruedaPosted on: 6-15-2025

Calm and peaceful area at the edge of Zone M for public transport, making it easy to reach the city while enjoying a quieter neighborhood. Bonus points for the excellent Italian restaurant on the ground floor.

The bathroom fan stayed on for about an hour after use, which was a bit annoying. Also, the blanket on the bed felt too small for comfortable sleep.
