Very clean rooms.

Not ideal for proximity to city center.

Everything was fine. There weren't many dishes, but they were enough for us. If you feel like something's missing, please contact reception and they'll sort it out.Friendly and professional staff. Rooms are well-cleaned. Plenty of transportation and shops nearby.

The room was great and matched the pictures, and the location was excellent, within walking distance of a bus stop, tram stop, and S-Bahn, which provides direct connections to the city center and other areas around Munich. In addition, the staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, and always ready to assist when needed.

The only issue that was not significant was the cleanliness of the room, as it was cleaned only every three days, and when cleaning did take place, it was not sufficiently thorough, with noticeable dust remaining.

The hotel is within walking distance from the metro station. The room was spacious and well equipped.

Room was perfectly adeqaute, it was well priced, and close to the railway station

Nothing offended me at all

We liked the staff, location and facilities.

The room wasn’t cleaned well. We told the staff about that, especially the large amount of dust under the beds, but they replied that they cannot clean under them because they cannot reach those areas with a vacuum cleaner. As a result, all the dust from under the beds was on the floor of the rooms. But we think it wasn't so hard to move a bed slightly for that.Breakfast was lovely, but the same every day. It would be nice to have some different options at least once a I a few days.

First day door were open during winter, it takes some time to heat a room

Stylish, friendly staff, good atmosphere.

Further than I realised to get in to central Munich, but that could be just my error! You can’t really walk it.

The staff is very nice and friendly! Breakfast is also nice

Rooms are extremely dark. I turned all the lights on and opened the curtain and it was still very very dark. It was unbearable. The bed is not comfortable and squeaks whenever I turned or moved. The sheets spelled odd and there were pieces of mud on the floor by the bed, as if the room was not cleaned before they gave me the key.

Disappointing, dark, and cold

Location was dark, in industrial area. No heat in the room, insufficient lighting. Noisy in the morning. A ground floor room that requires walking through the dining area to access room. No closet. No rugs on the cold floor.

Such a wondertfull experience,very nice people at reception,besides the breakfast were too ‘healty’ for me,no ham or any meet,i’ve enjoyed the Münich and i’ve appreciate the balcony and possibility to get the prosecco 24/7:)

a bit noisy , all corridor sounds were disturbing (closing the doors creates an earthquake effect)

Nice big rooms with kitchen. Comfortable bed. Wonderful smell of roasted coffe outside, since there is a coffee factory right beside. Washing machine and dryer is available, but unfortunately without the option to get coins at the reception.

There is no light over the table. So working and reading is difficult. The architect here was a huge fail. Even if they give The small laps from downstairs , the table and that part of the room remain dark. Terrible lighting. The bathroom tiles need to be cleaned. The mold is growing.

Breakfast doesn't have many varieties, for example there was no ham or cereals. The room was not cleaned during my stay of 3 nights. Slippers not provided.

Bathroom could have been more cleaner especially the shower area
