Breakfast was better first day than second, could have had a bit more choice.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Good location, quiet room rooms perfectly fitted out very clean. Breakfast very nice and again the staff excellent. The company can be proud to have such a great team

Lovely warm rooms, super clean & well insulated for sound. Staff seem happy to be there & very helpful.Location is perfect for almost anywhere you might want to go in Munich, will definitely be back for our next visit.

A better choice of TV channels for a bit of late night viewing would have been welcome. We usually go away to get away from the news, which is almost all that's on offer.

Great rooms with very comfortable beds

the area was a little grungy and did not feel as safe at night on the weekend.

the hotel is central and it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. the staff were friendly and it was easy to check in / out.

it was too hot in our room and we were advised the air conditioning is not functional during the winter so we were unable to cool the room down. we were also advised we couldn't open our window as it was alarmed so there was no way of getting fresh air. we booked a 'room with a view' but the only view we got was that of a fire escape.

Clean and warm rooms. If you don't need cleaning for 2 days, the hotel gives you can with 10 euros which you can spend there.

Not enough lighting in the room

it is good value to stay at this hotel in Munich. Good location: near central train station, and not far from the city center. I like the ancient vibe of the hotel room. It is a four star hotel. I can give five to it.

The internet was awful. It didn't work the majority of the time. When it did work, I often got signals of .25mb down. Pages barely loaded, if at all. It's 2025. Internet needs to work and be reliable.

Small but comfortable hotel room, decent walking distance to the city centre which was nice. Very attentive personal. Enjoyed our stay!

Location, price and comfort

We weren’t told about the room service option, so our room didn’t get cleaned at all - even when they said they would do it. Very strange. But the reception staff were nice… even if it didn’t get to the cleaning staff.

Good breakfast, part of it is ”hidden” around a corner but once you find everything no complains. Location is superb if you wish to experience the Marienplatz region. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We had some trouble with the room lights. You can’t leave only the smallest reading light on if the other one wants to start sleeping before you. You had to have the bedside lamp also on which was a bit too bright.

Location and room was nice. Parking lot was close and affordable.

I’m not sure if it was a tip, but a staff member at the breakfast restaurant tried to charge me more than the amount I was told, which I did not expect.The toilet seat was extremely cold at night — cold enough to wake me up fully.The sink faucet was oddly positioned, causing water to splash around the sink area.It would have been more convenient to have power outlets on both sides of the bed; there was only one, which made charging phones a bit inconvenient at night

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were well designed and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a just a few minutes walk from the train station and S Bahn. It is also a short walk to the major sights.
