The location was okay and the staff was friendly for the most part

The pictures listed are not accurate for what the rooms look like. The hotel is in need of a severe update, the carpet and walls were stained. The paint in the bathroom was peeling and the mini fridge didn¿t work and looked disgusting. Very unclean rooms

The room was a very good size and bathroom was nice.

No drinks/tea/coffee facilities in the room. No housekeeping due to covid (Still)The pillows on the beds were really bad. I think they were feather pillows but felt like most of the feathers must have fallen out. (I've never complained about a pillow before but these were really bad)

The receptionist was very friendly and helpfull

Specially the bathroom was not cleaned. but also lot of dust in the room. also the wifi never worked. i had to use my mobile data for all three days.

It has a good location and the zone it’s located in is wonderful

there was a mix up with our booking so had to book an extra room, and then there was confusion next day if breakfast was included or not and the staff were very unprofessional in how they dealt with it. instead of checking with one another and confirming there was indeed a mistake with what I asked for and what was posted in the system they were quite aggressive in their interactions. not how customer service should be.

Staff was excellent, very friendly. Rooms are very spacious, but in some rooms the bathroom layout is strange.

The shower really needs a renovation, because the equipment shows rust.Wifi was on/off, which at times also made it impossible to make PIN transactions.The hotel was also understaffed, which means that staff had to manage the reception and the bar at the same times.Underground car park is hard to get into with a large car.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Bathroom is a bit dated, and the shower curtain smelt damp.

We stayed for 4 nights and when we checked in the dude asked us if you want us to clean our room you have to ask here at the reception, which was odd but we didn't think much of it. When we went to our room closet was dirty, but we still was like ok whatever, we won't stay long might as well not use the closet at all. When we went to bed my friend noticed a weird smell coming from his pillow, I also was curious and went to smell it, it smelled like pee. We were to tired to go to the reception and it was late too, we said we will ask for cleaning tomorrow that night he just wrapped the pillow with bathroom towel. Next morning we woke up and went straight to reception to ask for cleaning he said ok sure we will clean your room. When we went late night at our room nothing had happened no cleaning at all, we slept that night the same way. Next morning i go to reception and I asked why isn't our room clean and he said probably a mistake it surely will happen today. It didn't l, we went back to our room at noon and nothing my friend took his pillow and when to reception to ask him to change it at that moment he said sure went to a room got a pillow and 3 towels and gave it to him, when my friend got to the room he placed the pillow on the bed and did some other stuff when he went to sleep same thing, the smell was there still, we talked about this and thought he just gave the same pillow. At this point we just gave up because we stayed there for 1 more night. And thank god we left never going to use this again, very disappointed.

Room was ment to be 4 single beds wasnt. Shower door didn’t shut so floor was soaked. Place needs a clean up

Good location - not too far from both the old town and Oktoberfest!

We alerted reception in the morning that the toilet was clogged. No one went to fix it all day, and the hotel never alerted us. Upon returning at midnight, it was still clogged, so we had to pack and move everything to another room, which didn’t have any sheets, towels. To make matters worse, the new room’s toilet was also clogged!! The hotel needs to sort its plumbing, facilities management and customer service for the amount it charges… we will not be returning!

the sofa bed was broken so it was very uncomfortable to sleep. there was no tea and coffee making facilities which I would expect for a 4 star hotel

The WORST experience in my life!!!!

It is a rotten Hotel. It is a shame to be listed on the booking dot com website!Very old hotel and obviously not renovated or maintained since ages.The staff are very rude and not helpful at all. They start shouting on us when they knew that we complained for booking about giving us a room with a bed one leg is broken actually missing. There was a very bad smell in the room Cigarettes and a rotten smell. and the big surprise was the rotten bread and food at the breakfast!!!! (see the pictures) i have a lot of videos but too bad i couldn't upload them!! and the house keepings was shouting in the hallway at 8:20 am fighting with someone one the phone! all of this was for 236 Euros/ per night !!!!It was the worst experience in my life! Loss of time and loss of money !

Nice big hotel , not far from bus or tram station, easy to travel to centre.

Parking not easy, the fridge is not cold I have to put my food in the main kitchen in restaurant

good location close to BMW Welt, friendly staff at reception, good breakfast. Room was clean, large showers.

I paid for 4 days of breakfast at the check in but it was not put into the system, so I had to bring the receipt to the breakfast every time, otherwise the staff didn't believe me.Wifi was very unstable.

It didn't feel clean, this whole hotel would do itself a great service if it hired someone with a detailed eye to ensure cleanliness. It's not hard to spray and wipe ALL the surfaces in a room. The pillows were a bit grotty and I reckon the carpets hadn't been steamed in a while. Classic case in point, there was a dirty glass on the floor in the corridor on my way to the elevator for three days. Finally, I am so sick of the nonsense about not cleaning your room to save the planet - this is just stealing from customers by delivering an appalling lack of service.
