Mercure Munich Schwabing Hotel

First: the communication was excellent. At some foreign locations theres difficulty knowing where and when and how to find the way. Well done here. Second: communication with staff was excellent. Third: location. Ready to get to. Ready t But stil

No complaints

Clean quiet rooms at a reasonable price

The hotel was in perfect walking distance from our son‘s apartment. The way the room was laid out was perfect. There was plenty of room. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, they’re very careful about the environment, so there’s little to no trace of plastic and you can also decide if you want your room cleaned or not. the staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent location close to U3 metro which takes you directly to old town.

Clean, well organised, nice breakfast and great location!

The parking for a bigger car is a major challenge (even if it is below the hight limit). The steep gradient and turning angle at the entrance were difficult to say the least!!

The simple checkin process and privacy

The bath tub and door connecting slightly worrisome.

Breakfast good

Had to change rooms - first room - heat didn't work, no body wash, phone to reception didn't work, light was broken

Location.Ease of check in.Facilties

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Great location, next to a metro station, and plenty of choices for dining in the neighborhood. Very easy to get from/to the airport with the LH Express Bus.

Staff were good, accommodated room requests for our group of 8. Good location for transport into city.

One of the rooms had bed bugs during Oktoberfest. Staff changed the room immediately but this unfortunately ruined the stay.

Small room but well designed with everything needed, kettle and tea/coffee much appreciated. Great location, near to our friends and to the metro. Parking garage tight but good spaces and we appreciated it. Staff very helpful and friendly. Busy road outside but good sound proofing.

All good

cleanliness, comfort and hospitality.

because the internet did not work on the TV and it was not possible to watch Netflix.

Great location - 20 minutes by foot to the city center. Clean room, comfortable beds. Тhe internet connection in the hotel area was excellent.

Everything was great.

Terrific location. The room was comfortable and the bathroom, albeit small, was well designed.

The toilet did not flush well.

great location, clean, friendly staff & ability to leave your luggage with them before check in and after check out.

no option to change the language on the TV to English & it wasn't connected to the WiFi so we were unable to cast anything.

Personel was very helpful. Beds were comfortable

Trafic noises from street

Always stay at the Mecure when visiting Munich. Its a very clean hotel breakfast is plentiful and lots of choices .Great walk into the city maybe 3Omins either walk through the English gardens or just left out of hotel and keep walking

Person sitting on reception was always smiling and welcoming. Room service was good. Location is excellent

Room which I have chosen was small.

The location was fantastic, we loved the local feel of the neighborhood and the short train ride to the tourist destinations.

The room was very small and had no A/C. This is not unusual in Europe, but it's easy to forget just how uncomfortable that can become. The hotel does have a garage, but it is INCREDIBLY tight to park a normal sized car - I needed spotters front and back in addition to the car's parking nannies.
