Hotel Rotkreuzplatz

Very friendly/helpful staff and clean/modern rooms. The bathroom was also very fresh. It's easy to get around the city as there are bus/tram/metro connections just outside the hotel

The single room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was sufficient for a one-night stay.

I didn't have breakfast there, but directly next door is a decent bakery with plenty of seating.

the staff are helpful, and the location is just right beside the train station very convenient. i got a room upgrade.

It was a nice, clean hotel in a perfect location directly on Rotkreuzplatz, very easy to find when arriving by subway. I could view the Christmas Market directly from my window, which was nice. There are plenty of places to shop and also many restaurants nearby.

Great location, especially for a solo traveler because it is so well connected with subway , tram, and bus. Great staff, good value.

My only suggestion is a teapot (electric water kettle) would have been greatly appreciated.

Limited facilities, but as advertised. Location was excellent - right beside the metro stop - so easy access to the City. Booked a single room, which was small (but was as advertised). For the cost it was excellent value. Staff at the desk were very helpful. Double rooms would be more spacious. Bathroom and linen were spotless.

Hotel was as advertised - so description was accurate, and I would stay again.

The place was super clean, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. It's also in a great location, right next to the metro and bus stations, and only about a 30-minute walk to the city center. I give it a 10 out of 10.

The location was great, with easy access to the metro station and nearby local restaurants. The hotel was clean and offered a quiet environment, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Breakfast was simple but satisfying.

The room was slightly smaller than expected, but it was enough though for a short trip . Some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is well connected to the public transport network with the U1 underground line right outside the front door and a short journey to the main railway station. The staff at the hotel are very courteous. And the shower is quickly up to temperature and has a great water stream.

The hotel room was facing the Rotkreuzplatz, so of course more street noise like emergency vehicles were audible and the walls are not perfectly tight that you can still hear the neighbour quietly while talking on the phone. The bed cushions were unfortunately not the most comfortable for me.

Close to train and relativly close to center

For pasaing through it's nice but the room is small the bed is tiny

Location. Cleanliness. Staff.

No amenities. Not even a cattle or cup. No cupboard, just a rack.

The staff were really friendly and polite and accommodating of any special requests. I will recommend it to everyone and will be happy to stay there again if I return to lovely Munich.

The room didn’t have air conditioning and it was particularly hot in Munich.

Ventilation could be better and it would be helpful to have basics like a tea kettle and an iron in the room. The room can get a bit warm in summer months and a standing fan would be a big plus.
