DEIN APART München

24 hour Coffee and Hot Chocolate machine. (Ice water would have been nice too) Cozy lobby to relay and get work done.

Room a little small, could use a relaxing chair that wasn't a dining chair.

The highlight of my stay was the well-equipped kitchenette, particularly the dishwasher, which added great convenience. The self-check-in kiosk was also very efficient, allowing for a smooth and quick check-in process with instant key card issuance.Although the hotel is located outside the city, it is easily accessible — reaching the city centre by public transport takes around 40 minutes. A bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, and supermarkets like Rewe and DM are just across the street. While the property is a bit away from the centre, the excellent transport connections and nearby amenities make it a hassle-free and comfortable choice.

The hotel offers basement parking, but there is an additional charge for it.

- Clean and modern room- Useful kitchen utensils- Quiet area- Free parking- Nice restaurant on the premises (although we didn't use it much)

- Orientation inside was a bit confusing- The foldable sofa we had was squeaky, so it disrupted the sleep sometimesOtherwise, we didn't have any issues.

The location is good. The concept of the hotel is great - nice small (compact) room with everything inside.Did not have a chance to try fitness or breakfast but the lobby looked very comfortable for working or just spending some time there.

Our 2nd stay in this property, good location if you have a car (otherwise not so good), modern facilities, spacious lobby, free tea/coffee 24/7

Room cleanliness could be better

The behavior of the staff and the proximity from the nearest bus stop.

The room was very small, the shape and the design a bit odd.

Room was large and had a mini kitchenette. staff was great!

A bit out of the way

The staff were helpful. Relatively close to bus stops.

The laundry facility ran by an app that did not work. We needed to get a staff member to start the machines remotely for us. Coin laundry would be easier. The rooms were not cleaned every day. We had the same sheets for the 5 day stay because they did not change them.

The room was cosy, it was pretty quiet most of the time, the hotel is right next to a supermarket and a bus stop.

The cleaning staff did an awful job and left trash behind (on top of our belongings), didn't even sweep the floor. They also tried to kick us out of the room before check out time to clean.Outside of that, the bathroom was very inconvenient because it had an open shower, but no drain outside of the "shower area" and it got flooded every time it was used.

Very beautiful hotel. Loved the staff, the room and all the facilities it came with. Didn't spend a long time in Munich but I will love to come back to this hotel to have another experience of the beautiful amenities and service.

Quite far from Munich Central station. But the hotel makes up for this with its excellent service. Mostly recommend it if you are having a long stay in Munich and not in need to be close to the city centre.

Breakfast very good

Far from the city center Room cleaning not daily as hotels , I stayed for 4 nights It was surprising to find out they clean every week

The location was convenient for the stay but the place is too expensive for what it offers.

Not clean enough, way too small rooms, horrible pillows.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent - we enjoyed our breakfasts.

No air conditioning, but that is not a deal breaker. We opened the windows and it was nice and cool at night.

Clean, nice room with very nice interior and good breakfast. I liked the music in the garages.

The location was nice and the staff was extremely kind. They also had a very nice breakfast available.

The beds were uncomfortable, the apartment was dirty, the pillows were like balloons, and there was no air conditioning. We also booked a queen bed and were given two twins with no way of fixing the situation besides putting a large bedsheet over the two beds pushed together.

Very cool hotel having quiet time with accessibility to public transport (tram & buses)to downtown and main train station. Free hot drinks 24 hrs.,Friendly staff, exceptional view from room windows, kitchen, fridge. Easy check in and out.

Bunk beds worked well for a family

Showers in both our rooms had a design flaw where they flooded the bathroom every time someone showered.

Room is modern, small but enough. Under ground parking is great.

The two rooms we got were about 20 rooms apart, not a big issue.

Free coffee and vibrant location.

Laundry facilities.

Exceptional staff. A great breakfast was included with our booking. The rooms were extremely spacious and well equipped.

My only issue was understanding how to open the windows, which are part of the doors. It made for a very warm evening.
