Pros +
- Great location. Nice room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Checked all the boxes.
- Great location to all Central Munich sites; superior free breakfast; pleasant, helpful staff; so many good restaurants within blocks never tried hotel restaurant for dinner, quiet room considering city location. Would stay again w/o question.
- Its small
Cons -
- Bathrooms are shared by other guests and there no air conditioning. The prices are too high to not have AC or ensuite rooms.
- Room on the small side but adequate. Loud at night with cafe across the street but was not a significant problem. Was part of the flavor of being in Munich
- WiFi would not connect to internet. Asked about it but had a passive response of â∠ÂI will look into itââ¬ÃÂ. But no answer. Real fast was an outrageous price of 26 Euros per person and it was a very limited buffet selection. This was a disappointm

Located very close to the state museum, Der Pschorr biergarten, Vicktualien Markt, several cathedrals, Marienplatz, and so on!
That we only stayed 2 nights
STAFF WAS UNHELPFUL AND PROVIDED ERRONEOUS INFORMATION
The location is excellent. Eataly is right in front, and it’s very central. The staff were always kind and attentive. A special thanks to Nika, who not only recommended an excellent restaurant, but also patiently put up with our many questions, always answering them graciously.
We wanted to have breakfast at the hotel once, but €30 seemed too expensive to us.
The staff were professional and very friendly and helpful. Although dated, the rooms were clean (except for some mould in the bathrooms due to poor ventilation, as none had windows).
We had a standard double room on the second floor, which was tiny (effectively a bed, a toilet and a shower) for the price we paid. However, the worst part was that the street-facing part of the hotel is directly opposite a parking facility and an indoor restaurant market place. The noise from the street from cars moving in and out of the parking facility and trucks unloading supplies for the restaurants and shops was very loud. It was impossible to leave the window open and even with a closed window (in a tiny room) the noise resulted in a very uncomfortable night. If you like to listen to cars during the night and wake up at 6am to trucks unloading supplies for 30min with forklifts and lots of shouting involved then you will love the room. After a terrible night, we requested another room and were offered to pay extra and upgrade to a bigger room facing the courtyard. This room was on the third floor and quiet, thankfully, but looked quite dated (associations with Soviet Union style rooms with red carpets and dark oak furniture came to mind). There is not much else in the hotel to talk about. We did not opt for the breakfast as it was about EUR 30 per person and there are a lot more attractive cafes with cheaper and better food options within a few minutes by foot around the hotel.
Good size and quiet room, excellent breakfast, excellent location
The bathroom was very small compared to the room size. The shower was extremely difficult to get into and out of due to one side of the shower door opening to the inside, and that only partially.
Our goal was to stay within a short walking distance to the Marienplatz in the Altstadt. This hotel was so convenient to get to the areas we wanted to visit. We will stay there again when we return to Munich,
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
Hotel was a charming building with modern amenities.
Rooms were smaller in size.
Location, room was comfortable, staff friendly
Shower head position causes a lot of spray out of shower
Perfect location, clean room, parking, helpful staff.
Friendliness of staff @receptiondesk, Storage
Waterpressure, very poor AND expensive breakfast with staff, which should be trained for customer experience. (Service, Friendliness, Experience, Coffee brewing) Selectionwise had better breaky in hostels....
Excellent location, spacious room, very clean.
The hotel allowed us to check in early and arranged a taxi. The location was wonderful, close to a lot of events and sights.
We can't think of anything specific we didn't like.
A central located hotel very comfortable with great facilities. Breakfast was also very good.
The location is excellent for the Christmas Markets.A cooked breakfast is available. It can be ordered and is freshly made and tastes delicious.
The room is very simple. No frills. No fridge. No water heater. There is a coffee machine, but if you prefer tea that is not helpful. The lighting is not very good.
Location, clean, helpful
Smaller rooms, pillows
