The location was great.. within minutes of the Christmas market

Very noisy, people don’t respect others right to peacefulness. Bathrooms and shower were dirty, room floors were sticky and visible liquid spills from prior guest. Staff woke me two days prior to my check out date to remind me checkout was at 11:00 am. This place had bedbugs. I killed one bug, not knowing what it was. The next two nights I felt bugs crawling on me at night. Three days after checking out, the bites appeared as welts and grew in size and pain. I had over thirty painful bites. I looked back and remember the hotel staff had closed off and sprayed multiple rooms on my floor two days prior to my departure. I was not contacted or moved to a different floor, I was just left to be bitten. I contacted the hotel staff a few days later to tell them of my experience, the person responding did not apologize for my suffer, only questioned Why I took so long to write to them. Very unhappy with the experience and the hotels lack of accepting responsibility. I contacted booking.com about my experience, they contacted the property who refused to accept responsibility or offer compensation for my experience. Not only did I endure the pain of the bites, I had a doctor’s visit to pay for and medication cost.

I only liked the location.

The beds were dirty. Hairs from someone else were on the sheets. The room had a smell and overall cleanliness is catastrophic!

Very central and in the heart of the town. The location was very good.

The bathroom and showers were so dirty and disgusting. There were no hand soap in the washroom.

It's my firstime to have shared bathroom. It's convenient to those backpackers. But if not. Better get a room with private cr. I urinate a lot so it's not applicable. Other than that it's good.

1. Shower was on the same floor2. Closet3. Microweve4. 1 small soap5. 1 big towel + 1 face towel

1. Bed matresses are sooo old. Feels like you sleep in a trench.2. Showers and toilets are not super clean.3. Starting from 5am to 9am it was tooo noisy to have a proper sleep.

great location. walking distance to many things. Easy self check in and check out.

a little noisy on the street throughout the night since it was in a busy area… and it was Oktoberfest. only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper and none in the bathrooms so you gotta be conservative lol. also all 3 nights we had strangers jiggle our door handle… and one of the nights there was someone just sleeping in the hallway in our floor.

This is a value option in an amazing location.

The shower location was a little inconvenient.

There have better rooms in prison. Terrible mattress, uncomfortable bed. A single sheet on the bed with a lumpy, bad-smelling pillow and a duvet that should be burned.

it seemed like there were only 1 male and female bathrooms for the whole place. Each bathroom only had 2 stalls and 2 showers, which i don't think is adequate for the number of possible guests

the shared bathroom is really bad. the lack of privacy and the dirty showers didn’t help at all.

I have bed bugs in my room. They gave me another room. And there were bed bugs in that room too.

There is no staffs so, self checkout and check-in

Small room, no heat, microwave brocken, difficult to find, no staff, could of stayed at Ibis for 10 euros more. Showers. Had to bring own toilet paper from room

The location was good. Window views, kettle and cups for hot drinks, fridge, microwave. Lift to access 4th floor room

Bathrooms were on the floor below at end of corridor, not ideal overnight. You had to remember to take toilet paper, towel and hand soap from the room each time you went to bathroom. The pillows were very lumpy, low price, not intended for commercial use. Clearly a low budget option as advertised but bathrooms on another floor was too far, not expected.

Bad

Bed bugs. I reported them to the manager, but all they did was some kind of “disinsection”, but did not even change bedsheets, despite I specifically asked to change my room. I left died bugs on the table as proofs + sent the photos, but the manager said there weren’t any signs of the parasites :)
