My 3rd time staying here. I live the location and budget friendly.

Can be loud in the hallways or from outside.

It was clean

Loud music all night until 7am from the strip club next door! This is not acceptable without notice. Also there is a fridge right next to the bed with very bright light which cannot be turned off. Who designed that????

Easy enough to communicate with. Felt safe, secure and decent late check out. Shower was lovely, too. Coffee and mini bar option.

Pillows and duvet were not great. Bed itself was comfy, but duvet was short and pillows quite flat.

An exceptional stay at this beautiful hotel. Perfectly located near the main train station and within walking distance of the metro — an ideal spot for exploring the city. The staff were truly outstanding: warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Everything exceeded our expectations, from service to atmosphere. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Noise on the street all night, room smelled

Clean, helpful staff, the complimentary coffee is good, well designed and comfortable

The area is not the nicest part of Munich, but that is reflected in the price so it is still good value and a short (15 minute) walk to the good bits

The room was extremely clean and very modern. the bed and pillows were comfortable and the set up of the room worked well with the space they had.

The immediate area around the hotel was a bit less nice than I had imagined but once you walk a block or two away you are in the heart of downtown so well worth it.

The hotel was close enough to Oktoberfest to walk.

The hotel has renovated facilities. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. It’s close (and super close to the train station), but less convenient in cold weather.

The welcome was rather average. It wasn’t bad, but nothing worthy of praise.The room was quite dark, with poor lighting.There is no breakfast available.The area itself is a somewhat run-down block, full of sex-related businesses. This didn’t affect my stay, but it was definitely not what I expected.

I like the price and location in relation to the main train station. Great for a 1 night stay if you have an early train or flight from Munich Airport.

Because of the location it can be noisy outside. No fault to the hotel.

Great room. Perfect location. A very clean and modern hotel. Very near the Hauptbahnhof so travelling around the city so easy.

The front desk employees were accommodating and helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained.

The street location didn’t feel safe in the evening.

The room was large and clean and the desk clerks were all very nice. Close to the train station was nice.

Surrounded by strip joints, so the partying was going on outside until early into the morning hours so could not sleep with windows open.

i stay at level5, but still abit noisy. the maid didn't fill in the face tissue and left the box empty

The rooms were of a good size, good shower, free tea and coffee + apples

The staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful. We loved being so close to a lot of great food and the main train station. It was easy to go anywhere in München very quickly.

The rooms are kept a little too warm. Otherwise they are quite comfortable!
