Housekeeping could be trained more

The hotel was very elegant and exceptionally clean. Room service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend it.

Although the hotel is elegant, clean, and the food is delicious, there were a few things I didn’t like. The rooms are quite small, and the housekeeping service is very slow — they don’t clean the room on time. Also, the location is not ideal, as it’s about 25 minutes from the city center and 45 minutes from the airport.

Pretty new, clean and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant and breakfast was delicious. Congrats to the staff. Convenient parking in the building. Nice gym with nice Technogym equipment.

The double bed was pretty uncomfortable

Hotel is beautiful and clean, Food really good and high quality.Stuff probably one of the most helpful i had seen till now. I am so grateful to stuff from receptionist to waitresses and special thanks to wonderful lady in the kitchen blond with beautiful glasses who really helped me in very difficult times( sorry forgot her name) .Stuff really went about and try to help with anything even very hard and uncomfortable health situation.If ever visiting Munich again definitely will stay here again.Rooms are clean and well maintained, roof terase so lovely. Breakfast ,lunch and dinner wonderful.thank you again

dealing of management staff in solving our problems, they did not do their best effort to solve problems, and they did not pay much attention to hear from you. my shower drain was blocked for 2 days in spite of reporting the problem many times, but no quick action or solution has been taken, after 48 hrs, they solve it ( 48 hours without shower !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). Management staff are very rude and they need more training on how to deal with customers requirements. really, i was shocked how this level of management staff can work with 5 stars hotel , like Marriot ???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything, the hotel is quite new and all facilities is modern.Staff is very welcoming and helpful.Saroj was very kind and helpful for in room dining.

The only issue happened was the refrigerator was not working, and they change it after 1 day from request because it was holidays for the technician.
