Our room was ready on time and the receptionist was kind enough to let us in earlier than the check in time.Very polite personnel, clean room, good breakfast.

Staff members were so lovely ! The location of the hotel is great for who’s travelling to/from the airport for a very short stay as it is located near the main train station. And then Munich center is easily accessible by foot.

Heating was very high and you could not control it from your room.

Great location, room was quiet and warm, easy check in and check out, parking lots available

Pillows are not comfortable, very thin

Reception desk assistance to check in (previous hotel I was locked out and no staff, just a computerised system which didn't work). Room fine for one night and hotel convenient to railway station. Breakfast was very nice and staff attentive.

Some bottled water and/or kettle and cup.

The hotel’s structure is not particularly impressive and feels quite basic, without elements that make it stand out. Cleanliness is average, adequate but without any special highlights. What really makes the difference is the reception staff: the gentleman who welcomed us was exceptionally kind, always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist with any need, making the stay much more pleasant than the structure itself might suggest. A covered underground parking garage is available right next to the hotel at a cost of €19 per night, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. We did not have breakfast, as we left very early in the morning at around 5:30 a.m. A possible suggestion for the hotel would be to invest in a general improvement of the facilities, in order to match the quality of the spaces with the excellent level of hospitality provided by the staff.

The hotel is close to train station.

They cleaning every 7 days,the people in the next room was very loudly and smoke cannabis on the shared balcony and smells inside in our room because the window was open during the night because is too hot inside in the room,is not air-conditioning in the room,just the central heat.The neighbourhood is scary after 8 pm.The lady in the reception was very friendly and very kind.We don't recommend this hotel.

Staff were lovely, going the extra mile to help celebrate my sons birthday far from home! Room was pleasant, small but had what we needed. I didn't realise at booking, but a kettle/coffee facilities would have been handy, esp when we had a sleeping child during the day. Breakfast was great, got us set for our days exploring Munich.

The room wasn’t very clean and we booked a double bed, but we got twin beds.

Great communication with owner. Very spacious and clean, all the amenities, and very close to downtown.

The apartment was a bit cold, especially in mornings, but we had options to turn up the heat. No real downside to this place.

Not much. Once water wasn’t available we were completely disappointed.

Water was not available in our room intermittently for the two days of our stay. This includes no water in the shower, sink or toilet during our two day stay. In addition, bed light was not working, mildew in shower, stain on mattress

Great choice for breakfast. Very good and delicious pastries. The staff at the breakfast is very very kind. Location of the hotel is ok. Rooms are quiet.

Tv didn't work in the whole hotel, they said they don't know when it will work. Bed is too small for 2 persons. Matresses are very soft. Everything is dirty, especially decoration pillows and blankets on the bed. Bathroom is veryyy small. Water in the bathtub does not pose, so when you take a shower you are standing in 20cm of water. Mini fridge in the room didn't work.

Close to Oktoberfest and the old town.

Noisy area at night. The windows blocked a lot of the noise but we needed them open because the room was too hot.
