The hotel is very convenient, 5 steps to the subway, 15 min to the train station. Clean and new!

Location! Right next to the underground, near the city center, so easy to get around

Rooms were clean and a good size. Hotel is right next to U5. Access to city is easy. Area is safe. Hotel staff are helpful.

Breakfast was good but relatively small. Not bad if time is short but I would rather more choices.

The location was convenient, close to public transportation and halal restaurant, room clean.

The lift was not comfortable, and it was too small for a baby stroller

I loved the location of the property (very close to the subway and tram). The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was very attentive. I loved the detail of the mini bar stuff and it is a big plus that there is a mini fridge in the room, it is very useful.

Nothing, everything was fine.

Facilities were nice with a large bathroom. It was very close to the location for Oktoberfest.

Location of hotel was great - subway station elevator literally across the street. Bakery nearby and great restaurant as well.Room was spacious and clean.Staff very helpful - accepted my lost luggage for me while I was out. Did not charge us for the morning coffee from the restaurant, turned on the AC in the room when we asked (the outside temp was cool, but having our window open at night let in the smoke from people on the street.

The little mini fridge in room was not very cold, so beverages were just a little below room temp. AC was a bit noisy with lots of gurgling.

Breakfast was great. Room was excellent. Location was easy to get to locations.

Great location. Subway entrance across the street. Appreciated the staff. They were helpful and most understood English. Great breakfast buffet. Wide selection of food.

some rooms has undergone renovation while others hasn't. older rooms needs refresh to boost rating.

The location is great, it is in a quiet neoighbourhood yet close to the centre. A metro station is around the corner, literally.

It was beautiful downstairs with a nice entryway and staircase.

Well, I didn’t like the room because it was quite small. It was like a dorm room at college.

Everything. What a lovely hotel!!! It is well managed, has friendly staff, serves great breakfast, and has excellent access to the U-Bahn ... all around a winner!

Nice clean hotel with nice gym in a winter garden.All required necessary amenities.Large tastefully decorated with dominating wooden surfaces "Alpine Chic" room with lot of space for a hotel in a big city.

During our stay we had a construction site next to our room (only an issue when working remotely during standard working hours in our room). More transparency on the free upgrade we gout would have been perfect. This way it was hard to understand how much better the upgraded room was (as we did not have a reference to compare it with).

It felt comfortable bei there. I also slept well. It was very warm evening though the heater was out. Not sure how they managed this. But very enjoyable!

Nothing comes to mind. Maybe that the breakfast was pricey. But we didn’t eat there.

- Very clean and well equipped rooms, - good beds,- free beverages in the minibar, - a convenient garage with parking lots big enough for bigger cars, - metro station literally at the entrance,- freindly personell.

- there was a strange noise, like some engine was turning on for some minutes every now and then. Not a big thing but was getting quite audible at night. Can be a problem for people who sleep not so tight.
