Clean, quiet, spacious room. Friendly staff.

The shower cabin could have been a little bigger.

The location, the cleanliness and the staff

Bathroom wasn’t very convenient, as the bath doors closing was strange, they were swinging.

The room is everything you might need -- spacious, warm, very comfy bed, ample electrical outlets, nice towels, soap and shampoo provided. Staff were great -- very fast check-in and check-out. Excellent location (~7 minute walk from the Hbf).

Traffic/construction noise at 04:40 am but that's not something the hotel can control. Nothing about the hotel was poor.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great as well with several restaurants and cafe shops close by. I would stay there again.

Location downtown so a lot in walking distance & lots of options to eat close by. Paid parking was behind the hotel and somewhat in a secure area. Hosts welcoming.

Great location in city but off busy street. Luckily we were there in the fall so weather not hot. Was able to stay warm from heat, but if during summer may be big issue because no AC and may have to open windows to stay cool but most likely be a lot louder making it really hard to sleep.

Good size room, quiet, staff helpful ,two blocks from train station ,coffee bars, restaurant, lidl store close by

Bit of an art getting into out of shower

The staff were all kind and accommodating. The hotel room itself felt safe

The path from Munich HB to the hotel feels unsafe. It’s a crowded, dodgy place.

It was clean and located well for our adventures. It was close to the station and Oktoberfest.

    Nothing at all.

The staff were very helpful. The adjoining rooms were perfect for our family

    Parking was difficult

The hotel is located in a convenient location. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. Hotel room is clean, spacious and have refrigerator. Hotel Staff are very friendly, helpful and cooperative. The hotel is walkable from the Munich Central Train Station and nearest Metro Station as well.

The hotel does not have microwave oven not even at common area. On the Day 1, Hotel Staff somehow warmed our food borrowing a microwave, however, on the next days, that was not possible.

    It was comfortable and clean.

As the room has no air conditioning, windows have to stay open at night and the street was too noisy, people talking all night long and even fighting. Around the corner are bars and Tabledance & Nightclubs.

It was really close to the central station.

There is no air conditioning in the room which gets super uncomfortable in the summer, so you'll have to keep the window open which lets lots of sounds in. There's a secret door inside the bathroom at room 501 that cannot be opened, and there's a room next door called "privat". Though I was assured it was just something leftover from the previous owner of the building, it still felt uncomfortable. Even then, I was going through my stay without a complaint until the night before my flight when there was a problem with the fire system which in turn triggered the fire alarm at around 1:30 in the morning. Kept waiting to see if it would go off on its own; it didn't. I messaged and called the management in what could otherwise be an emergency, didn't get a response for 20-30 minutes. By the time I decided to go downstairs I was met with the German policemen who told me to go outside with the rest. The fire rescue team arrived, disappointed that this wasn't a real alarm, and the owner then arrived but he didn't even have the keys to open the other door for the police. We all spent about an hour outside and I'm not even diving into how deafening the alarm was as we went down the stairs.

The proximity to Marienplatz is great and the provided parking was a plus. Staff very friendly

VERY noisy at night. Due to noise and little flies coming in, we had to keep windows closed at night… a fan would have been wonderful to have.

Nothing, please read below our terrible experience.

STAYING AT THIS HOTEL WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE:1) arrived at hotel 2pm, given 2nd floor room, found lift starts 1st floor, regardless of their hotel listing having a lift. Disappointed 2 staff at reception did not offer assistance.2) Blood on Pillow. Upon moving a pillow on the reverse side there were lots of blood stains on both the pillow case and on the pillow. This can only mean the housekeeper never changed our linen from the previous nights guests. Gross!3) told reception open to 11pm, at 6.30pm I took the pillow to reception, but nobody there. I waited 10 minutes to a fellow guest told me he knows of a hotel staff member next door and went and got him. Don't know who this person was but not interested in my complaint, I did get a fresh pillow.4) 9.30pm got into bed to find all the bed springs broken on one side....5) 8.30am met manager re the blood on the pillow. We believe were sleeping in previous guests sheets. He Initially tried to make us the guilty ones, but sorted this out, he said he would speak to house keeper.6) With regards to the broken side of the bed, he didn't believe me, so took him to room and yes it broken. so offered another room.7) New room, a) no bed lamps - just one centre roof light, TV wouldn't go, Mgr did come sort this out, and then later in pulling the drapes found two of the 4 drapes were broken and hanging off the rails.8) Refund requested. We decided to meet with the manager regarding our two night stay and everything so bad, he agreed 100% with all our complaints. He didn't offer any recompense as I thought a manager should as gesture of goodwill. He said he had no authority and as it was 9pm he could not contact the owner until 8am next morning.9) Manager assured us he would sort this out 8am, sadly we were leaving then, he promised us he would email no later than mid-day after speaking with the owner.10) Its now 48 hours later - No email - No apology - No Refund. Not even a meal voucher!
