Perfect for us. We loved the simplicity of the rooms and the help from the staff.

Amazing location - U6 is right outside the hotel, pretty close to reach city centre by foot too, very convenient. Staff was very welcoming and also they have very cool luggage storage.

The main problem is very poor soundproofing of the rooms - we heard al talks from the neighbors, and everything that was happening on the street (and we were at the second building, that is located in the garden, I bet from the main one it is even worse). So if you're up to calm stay and you need your sleep - this is not the place. Also a bit inconvenient panning of the bathroom - doors at the shower, shelves etc. The last - very small TV for such room.

The place was great, the location, the facilities, the staff. We felt very comfortable there.

Location excellent, right beside U bann station. Had to book and pay for breakfast the night before which I did not like the idea of as wasn’t sure if I would like what was on offer.

Bed cover didn’t fit the width of bed and was very thin but luckily radiators in room worked. I was there for 2 nights but rooms not cleaned or towels changed which I didn’t like.

location is right next to the oktoberfest grounds. there is also a train station directly outside of the property so it's very easy to get around town. if you are going to oktoberfest highly recommend but book early early!!!

Location, room space

No daily clean except by request!! No room service Elevator was very slow and in two days was kept by your staff and we had to wait for your colleague to go up and ask them to release it. This is really bad specially when you are on the 5th floor No safe for valuables For everything you have to go down to Caffe/reception

Location was amazing. Room very clean, shower was excellent.

Americans typically find wash cloths with their bathroom linens.

The location to other things was not bad, however the nightly sirens were exhausting

The price was exorbitant for what you received. The rooms were not cleaned daily, and if you wanted them cleaned, it was extra. The breakfast was not included, and although had plenty of pastries, very little meat or eggs. compared to other breakfast overpriced.Who are the ungodly price of €450 plus a night you would think you would’ve gotten complementary water as a minimum but not and clean sheets after five days

We loved the close location to Oktoberfest! The coffee bar.

A refrigerator would have been nice.

It was quiet and the size of the room was good.

The walls were quite dirty - I'd recommend cleaning the walls regularly. No AC or overhead fan - would have been nice.

If you are looking for just a place to sleep then this place is fine. But I found the rooms not the cleanest. No AC, which was stated in their advertisement, but I wasn’t expecting to be sweating every night when I was sleeping. The ‘deck’ was dirty with old cigarette butts. Just overall not any place I would go back to.

Very clean and nice room also for the reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay there and the view from the top floor from the balcony.Pity it was too short stay.

Nice hotel. Was conveniently located to our destination and affordable which is why we chose it. Parking was also a good price for the area, but the garage was tight to get in/out of.

We were only there a short time so I didn't have much experience with the place.

The hotel was clean and in a perfect location, steps from the Munich subway. The breakfast was good and the service was good at all hours. Nice to have a balcony as well.

Nothing. Everything was as expected.

Good size, clean, nice staff (the gentleman in the reception). A fan was a nice addition as we were there in the summer. Underground parking was very convenient.

All good but improvements would include having a safe in the room. Parking 18 euro par night - quite a bit I thought. But at least we were able to keep the car there past checkout.

Great room with a nice balcony! The metro is just outside the door making it easy to get around Munich. There is also an underground parking area making this a great place to stay if you have a car.

Clean and quiet.

Shower was a bit hard to use.

Rooms were good

I went for breakfast, but was told that you had to order 24 hours in advance. I checked in at midnight, and no one contacted me by email to tell me. poor customer service. What's more, they had a huge buffet with only two guests. So most of the food would surely be wasted.

Location was brilliant for attending fruhlingsfest. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant, gave clear instructions on how to get the room cleaned or book breakfast for the next day. Shower was good. We didn't have breakfast here so cannot comment on that.

Breakfast looked disappointing for the price (though, again, we did not try it). Coffee that you can buy from reception is in the tiniest of cups and there is no kettle in the rooms
