Pros +
- I found this hotel to be quite nice and a bargain for what I paid. It isn't the Ritz Carlton, but it was clean, everything worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the location can't be beat for getting right into the Old City. The breakfast is great.

Cons -
- You have to pay 15 euros a day for the breakfast buffet but it is quite nice, though. Rooms, especially an einzelzimmer, are a bit small but it was adequate for my needs.
- Noise from the hostel across the street at night. Unfortunately, the WIFI was down most of our stay. While I understand that it was not directly the hotels fault, they seem uninterested in rectifying it to any extent.
- The beds are a little hard - some people like that though — and the neighborhood is well you know - a train station neighborhood.

The pub was lovley and cosy
We booked a meal for valentines was cold and sent back obviously we didn't pay for bit spoilt our evening to be honest we went to our room and blood splattered sheets and our mattress protector was the same they moved us to another room at 10pm at night to be honest If I hadn't had a drink I would have drove home
Very clean and comfortable Stuff very kind and helpful Great location and breakfast
Very comfortable place to stay, nice breakfast, has a bar, lots of places to eat and close to train station
The location of the hotel is amazing. Very cozy, and clean. Friendly staff always ready to help.
Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good location. Tasty breakfast.
Would have liked two luggage racks. Most couples travel with two suitcases.
The front desk personnel and the garage person were extremely helpful. The location was oerfect
Paying for breakfast
Comfortable bed
It was clean but sparse, small room for a double. We had to ask for extra pillow twice. Towels were thin and small. The shower door was not aligned and leaked causing wet slippery conditions on the tile. Very noisy, could hear a lot of banging. Staff was not able to communicate in English or translate. $19 euro for buffet breakfast was not for us. Electronics in the room were very confusing.
Good location close to the train. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
La posizione ma non la zona
Title: Terrible experience: room not as pictured, freezing cold, and poor cleanlinessRating: ★☆☆☆☆I stayed at this property in December, and the experience was completely negative. Despite the brand name, the standard provided was unacceptable.• Misleading room photos & poor staff response: The room was tiny and looked nothing like the photos shown during booking. We specifically chose this hotel for the advertised room size, but we were given a cramped space instead. Most shockingly, when we raised this issue, the staff told us not to rely on the website photos because their "Comfort" rooms vary in layout. I find this lack of transparency and misleading advertising completely unprofessional.• No heating in December: Traveling in mid-winter, heating is a basic necessity. However, it wasn't working, and the room remained cold throughout our entire stay, making it extremely uncomfortable.• Maintenance and hygiene issues: The overall cleanliness of the place was very poor. Furthermore, the shower was leaking constantly, flooding the bathroom every time it was used.• Location: While the hotel is close to the city center, the area around the central station is not the best, especially at night, and does not feel particularly safe. Conclusion:A stay to forget. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Between the cold, the lack of cleanliness, and a management that openly admits their photos don't match reality, there is absolutely no value for money.
The location. The cleaning
The breakfast is high price for the quality
Staff was exceptional. Very pet friendly too.
Location was not what we expected, we did not feel safe. Odd considering it was only a block away from a 5-star hotel. City center did not seem clean either but that is more on the city than the hotel.
Central and close to transport
Very busy street with other hostels and hotels around. We could not get sleep until about 2am when the guests from the hostel stopped screaming outside. We stayed on the first floor street side. If you need rest do not take the street side rooms.
Location, cleanness and spacious room that included some snacks to welcome you

Location and level of hygiene
Lack of sufficient lighting in the room
Perfect location close to train station and historic centre with Xmas markets. Large room and huge bathroom. Pod coffee machine. Friendly helpful staff with good English.
