Excellent location, really obliging staff. We requested late check out on the morning we checked out and they were able to accommodate us. There's a downstairs area with tea and coffee and tables so you can socialise with friends from other rooms who are also staying. It is really, really close the the Munich main station.

There's a bit of traffic noise, especially if you have the window open, as it is in a fairly busy area. The furnishings and fittings are a bit dated (but it is certainly good enough for the the location and price).

this is a very good hotel. Fantastic Location. no breakfast but plenty of places to eat.

I highly recommend this hotel; it serves as an excellent base for exploring. The location is perfect – close to both the train and bus stations, making travel easy, and just a few minutes' walk from the city's main attractions.The staff is a huge asset – the receptionists are very friendly and eager to help. It was nice to be able to grab coffee and tea at the hotel, and the surrounding area is packed with dining options. Best of all is the price, which is fantastic considering what you get. I will definitely be coming back!

Very poorly managed old property. The room was very small. We asked for a large bed but 3 small beds were provided which kept separating from each other. The bathroom looked right from 60s movies.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall we had a very positive experience.The location is excellent – only about a 3–4 minute walk from Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), which made it very convenient for traveling around the city and getting to the airport.The receptionist who assisted us during check-in was very friendly, funny, and helpful. He even kindly lent us a kettle to use in our room. In the hotel lounge area, complimentary tea and coffee are provided for guests, which is a nice touch, although we did not have breakfast at the hotel.We booked 2 triple room and 1 double room. The room was a bit small, but still acceptable with enough space to open our luggage. There were plenty of power outlets, which was very convenient for charging our devices. The beds were comfortable as well. Towels were provided more than enough.The hotel also offers luggage storage for guests after check-out, which was very helpful while we waited for our departure time to the airport.Overall, this hotel is recommended, especially for its strategic location and friendly staff.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved. We noticed some dust in the corners and around the small reading lamps

Location was extremely handy to the Hauptbahnhof, literally a short walk away. Complimentary coffee when reception was open, 0700-2200, which was very handy in the mornings.

A bit seedy outside at night, witnessed drugs being exchanged. Room was quite tired looking and very dusty in places (under bed and the towel rail was thick with dust). Small TV in the room which turned on but had zero reception on all channels. Room was never quite warm enough in the very cold weather.

It was close to many popular attractions as well as the main train station. Staff were all very friendly and caring.

With the windows open you could hear people chatting outside in the evening but with the windows closed you couldn't hear anything.

Price was good for being close to the HBF for our one night stay. Free coffee was nice. Close to supermarket. It meet all expections and needs for our transit.

The bedside metal lamp shade heats up and is hot to touch.

We had a pleasant stay at this hostel in Munich, especially thanks to its excellent location. It is super close to München Hbf, which made getting around the city and arriving with luggage very easy and convenient.The staff were a real highlight of our stay. The person who helped us during check-in was extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly, which immediately made us feel comfortable. We also appreciated the free coffee offered in the morning, a nice and thoughtful touch.Our experience was positive, and the hostel offered good value considering its central location and friendly atmosphere.We would recommend it to travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay near the main train station with helpful staff and a warm welcome.

One small downside was the lack of air conditioning. The room felt a bit cold at times, which slightly affected overall comfort for me, but for my boyfriend it was pretty okay. However, aside from this, everything was okay.

The location is great - 4-5 minute walk from the Central Train Station. Very easy to find with Google maps. It was a nice 20-minute walk to the Marienplatz as well. The team was friendly and accommodating - they gave us a free early check in at 11 am because we had a baby. The room was very warm (we were in December). The 24/7 self-service tea and coffee area in the lobby was unexpectedly good and useful, great to grab a complimentary hot tea or coffee to-go before exploring the city.

The doors were not very soundproof - we were fine, but our baby woke up a few times due to neighbors (it was a friday so we had some friend companies arriving late). Also they dont provide toothbrushes, etc, so take your own.
