Room was excellent very clean and bright ,breakfast wasn't excellent unfortunately the reason a very short staff and food wasn't enough for this people,guest stay in lobby for 10 minutes and brings more food Location was ok easy access tram and metro which is absolute beautiful,

on Saturday 13th of February Hotel was full of passengers and food wasn't enough and stay in lobby for a while,and also staff very nervous about this ,

Amazing value, super clean, close to city center.

Loud in the morning- maybe cleaning rooms nearby? Parking lot a little far- it was raining to walk to and from it.

I got a wheelchair accessible room, with poor shower.Breakfast is very German, they are very happy about it.

There was nothing I could complain on.

It was very clean and the food was great. There were towels for room, for the pool, for the sauna, and also bathrobes for adults and kids. It was very warm in the room and in the hotel.

There was no lounge room with tables, to stay in the evening comfortable to play some games.

Comfortable, location is also not far from center. Rooms are clean

Staff was extremely rude during checkout. Bathroom ahower doesnt have a door, all floor gets wet. There is one sliding door that either closes the toilet area or the shower area..there is anglass wall in the shower area, no privacy at all if you share a room.

THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THE CLEANING MAINLY ON THE ROOM'S FLOOR

It was out a bit from the city center but the tram and bus stops were both close and it was easy to transfer anywhere we wanted to go. They had a nice bar and restaurant area and an outside seating area. There are heated tiles in the bathroom although the ones in our room were broken; they worked for others in our group. The a/c was broken in our room and we had to sleep with the windows open, which wouldn’t have been bad in late September had it not been so humid. We told the front desk about it but nothing was ever done.

The staff was atrocious: Rude, unhelpful, and definitely unwilling to help with anything. We asked them to fix the a/c but they never did, nor would they move us to another room. One of the members of our group was chastised for bringing in an outside beverage; meanwhile others literally had their pants down and were being spanked in the middle of the restaurant but no one said anything to them.

Good location for my needs, close to tram and bus lines. Decent bed and pillows. Clean bathroom. Breakfast buffet is average.

Parking structure entrance requires you to exit your car and use card reader on the right hand side. Took me 3 tries to get back in the car with the gate still open. When checking out, staff gave me a new card which did not allow me to get back into my room to retrieve my belongings. Too much fuss for the card. Breakfast is pricey and average.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Good location. Staff were lovely. Liked to option to not have your room cleaned for a free drink!!

A bit pricey but wonderful breakfast. The staff was awesome, they helped us with complimentary drinks and one time, when the kitchen was closed, the person working the night shift gave us some peanuts even though he didn't have to. Cheers mate!

Some amenities were missing which we expected for a "premium" hotel, like slippers, small towels, sockets on both sides of the bed and the room looked a bit outdated.

Clean and great staff

Little journey to the town center but not terribly bad. Easy walk to bus stop and the a short ride to Train. You have to remember it’s a city you’re navigating but that was the worst part.

It was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. Overall nice cozy hotel.

The location is a bit far from city center. You have to take an U-Bahn + Bus or Tram.

The location is excellent. We booked a room for 4 people (2 kids, 2 parents) and it was big enough for all of us. The staff was extremely helpful and they helped us get access to the gym.

The bathroom was a bit weird as the vanity was in a separate room along with the shower. The doors also were sliding glass, of course with no noise cancelling.We had to pay the parking which was located on the other side of the block. I don't know if it is considered expensive or not but still it was an extra amount (we knew it in advance, no complaints there).

Everything is perfect,the location,the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel. Very good connection to Allianz Arena and downtown,as well

The AC didn't work but it was not necessary as we could sleep with open windows
