Clean room. Quiet.Stayed there during Octoberfest. Booked late and therefore was further away from center

Hotel is a normal one.

They had a loud party with live music in the conference room that went on until 0:40 despite I asked the manager to stop it. I had to call the police.To say sorry they offered me breakfast: I couldn't sleep and they just offered breakfast. Totally unprofessional

The staff is excellent except for this one, smirky guy. I went during Oktoberfest, so I was fully prepared for surge pricing. They send you a link to online check-in and add-ons for your stay. If you plan on checking in early, use that link to do that. If you ask for early check-in, they'll charge you 3-5 times more than what it says online. The location is fine, not the best. Close to a bus stop. Not a lot to eat around but there are 2 metro stations within 15-17 min walking distance. Area is quite.

The hotel is a little old. The bar staff was excellent, but the bar itself is a little strange-looking, not very inviting. Normally, I wouldn't care so much about the hotel, but when you're paying 2-3x per night for Oktoberfest, littlest things piss you off.

The reviews are mixed, maybe because of this, the stay was way better than the expected. The room was fine, the breakfast selection was wide, the staff was polite and professional - the check in/out was fast. Great value for this price.

The bathroom was two classes worse than the room itself; it had clearly skipped a restoration round or two. It was more or less clean, so it was ok, just outdated. There was cigarette smell in the room and especially in the bathroom, I guess it traveled through the ventilation system, because the intensity was varying. The heating is just ok, maybe it is not enough in a really cold winter night, The breakfast was great, but the refills were slow.

I have to thanks so much the head manager, he really was great he helped me with a situation very important. Also in he's free day he decided to come in the hotel during he's free day I appreciate and thanks him from my heart. Really a very professional, empathetic and friendly person how all the stuff. I'll be back for sure.

There was help at the front desk whenever we needed it. We arrived some times at 10:30 pm and they were there. I woke up at 7 am, and they were already there. Nice staff and great customer service. Breakfast is complimentary for kids, and the buffet offers a wide variety of food, making it a great value. These days, some places call themselves hotels but fail to offer the services that a traditional hotel typically provides. This one did it all!

The hotel is trendy and the room was clean and comfortable with all the accessories. The breakfast was super nice and there were plenty of choices of food.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights for Easter break. The hotel was clean , and the bed and pillows were nice and comfortable. Location is good as well as close to some local shops n cafe.

Bathroom ventilation and internal phone didn't work. It's not definitely a 4-star hotel , coffee, and tea sachets we're not replaced regularly, and there were paper cups instead of normal cups ..

the price was a little bit too high, but there was no other choice for us and we took the last available room. Room was not cleaned everyday, but it might be related to the Easter holidays.

The location was great and convenient. There’s a bus stop right outside of the hotel so it is convenient to take a bus to go to the metro. I didn’t opt for breakfast so can’t say much. On top of that, I reached the hotel around 10am and the staff members managed to accommodate checking in as early as 1pm and they were nice enough to take care of our luggages during those span of hours while we went out. Definitely recommend. There isn’t any convenience shops nearby but the hotel lobby does have a coffee machine and snacks to you can buy from if you’re feeling hungry.

My personal preference would be to have still water in my room instead of sparkling water but that’s about it.

The staff are very polite and friendly, the atmosphere is great. Delicious breakfast.

Nice clean rooms, a restaurant, some beverages and food on premises. Close to a bus stop that can take you to a metro (U5).

The worst hotel we stayed ever on Booking.com! Thi is not a 4 stars. This is 1 star.

1) When we arrived on Dec 19, we found someone left underwear on a radiator in the room2) All night from Friday, 20th to Saturday, 21st, it was disco and unacceptably loud music from the corporate party downstairs! We could hear it even in the room. Our calls to reception were not helping. Even at 0:50 am. at night3) The bar was closed, and we were told it would not be open until next year 4) Finally, we asked for a wake-up call, and nobody called our room5) it's in the middle of nowhere very far from everything

Old fashioned rooms, needs to be renovated, restaurant has limited working hours . Hotel overall looks quite old and the staff was always busy and not too helpful.

Nice room and facilities. Hotel is very well connected, with a bust stop right in the front, making easy the access to the metro and to the city center.
