Location was amazing 2 min from U-bahn and a shopping center. Quiet and clean

Twin beds were so close to each other. Room is for two persons but there was only one chair and a very small table.

Location was ideal for me, right next to bus Station, underground, and shopping centre.Very friendly staff, nice bar area. Great price

One super bad experience!!! We arrived in hotel at 10pm. Went in room and there was super cold. This day outside temperature was -10⁰C. So I believe that staff could turn on the heating before our arrival..Then, was not hot water in hotel and nobody inform us about that on check in. 5 min after chein I we back on reception to ask what is with hot water and I got info that there is no hot water in hotel. They could inform us while check in..Horrible experience...

The lobby, closeness to U bahn - fast transport, quiet room despite being by a big street, decent bathroom and size of the room, hotel was in a good location and not that expensive for festive season.....

The mattress moved and my mom who stayed in the room almost fell out of the bed. you can get in the hotel, even the lobby where only lifts are is only with hotel card (if you are a guest and freezing, not that great).

The hotel is very beautiful, and the food is very good. Very close to the metro station.

Regarding the hotel parking, it doesn’t say anywhere exactly which way you’re supposed to go. We parked on level -2; there were some arrows showing how to get to -3, but it wasn’t clear how to go up into the hotel from where we were. We ended up coming up at the shops. When we went down from inside the hotel to level -2, we discovered how to get back to where we had parked. And to pay for the parking, you had to go somewhere near the elevator—something we only found out by asking people.

Location - 30 mins by metro to/from city centre several times a day became irritating; nowhere but the bed to sit; no fridge; price, but that’s a Munich thing.

Very clean, nicely decorated, with all necessary amenities available the room (good hair dryer), spacious bathroom and a good brakfast - all reasonably priced! The U station next door so very conveneint to get to the city centre.

The lighting in the room was not optimal: blinding to the eye but not havening even light accross the room.

The staff are so friendly and cooperative. The location of the hotel is great in front of PEP shopping center.

The fact that there is a mall and station nearby, five guys and mcdonalds that work late at night. Besides that, there isn’t much around, and the neighborhood is okayish, in the evening is not very pleasant to walk around, not many people on the streets. Good thing is that you can get to the center very quickly by U bahn.Rooms were cool but slightly darker than expected and a bit small, but it was very clean and the tv is huge.Receptionists were very kind and pleasant, we were able to borrow an umbrella off them on one day since it was raining.

Pillows are really bad, and the sheets come off easily off the mattress at night making it a bit unhygienic to end up on a naked mattress by accident.We knew that there was no fridge or kettle but I think a kettle would’ve been nice.

Room was clean and hotel location really nice..Lidl, PEP shoping center near the train station (neuperlach station) it’s takes long 20min to Marienplatz by train. Hotel staff were nice and helper.

There aren’t mini bar and kettle in the room. And also there aren’t basic bath item such as like cotton swabs, slipers etc.

Location very convenient next to subway and buses. Just in the piazza in front several fast food restaurants, and below the hotel three supermarkets. Decoration of the hotel was quite stylish.

The breakfast was quite expensive , so we didn’t tried.
