The space

Should have simple food and drinks from a working vending machine.

The place is clean and quaint and I will like to stay one day more if I have a descaut.

The Sistem of the TV I could not watch TV I have to pay extra for the Tv.

Practically new and modern apartment rooms near the subway line. About a 7-minute walk. Excellent value and a quick trip into Munich by the subway. There is no staff so you must follow the instructions you receive to the letter, which look a little scary at first but we're actually very easy to follow and made this an exceptional place to stay when visiting Munich.

Vending machines, I don't have an EU ID so I could not buy things from the system and there are no staff on site.

It’s well located to the Munich Convention Center. That’s about the only positive.

Limited communication options, all self check in with zero flexibility on time (which includes no access to lobby if you are a bit early). Lobby often messy, dirty, and the wending machine (which is the only source of access to drinks, snacks) didn’t even work. The rooms are tiny. While relatively low cost the value is still not good. Oh, and be aware that you are surrounded by brothels and adult clubs.

No water. No ice. Vending machines but they didn’t work. They said cash only credit isn’t accepted yet but then it don’t accept cash either. No breakfast nearby. Disappointing

I booked a stay at Kalm Stay – Munich East in July for my mom and sister, and overall the experience was excellent. The room was very clean, cosy, and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the main essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. Their room was on the first floor with large windows/doors that brought in plenty of light, and despite this, it was perfectly quiet and peaceful. Even though there is no traditional reception, everything was smooth and convenient. The doors work with secure personal access codes, so check-in and moving around felt safe and hassle-free. For those staying longer, there’s also a laundry room with washing machines and similar facilities, which is a big plus. The location is also very good. It’s not far from the city, and the center can be reached easily, though some walking is involved. Still, it’s well-connected and practical for visiting Munich. All in all, it’s a great option both for short visits and longer stays — very clean, modern, and well-organized. We would happily stay again.

The location is good, but be prepared for a short walk from the U-Bahn. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but since part of the way goes through a small forested area, it might not feel as safe in the evening.

They care about many details, such as perfect water pressure/temperature, mirror clarity and lighting, wireless charing ports on night stands, elegant and useful kitchen stuffs. All the details have made the property very cozy to stay. :)

No AC. Could be extremely hot in summer. Also a little bit dusty if you keep the windows opened.

It's very clean. The facility has a kitchenette which is handy.

Getting the key code was quite a feat. I didn't know there was no reception nor any physical key. You need to complete an online check-in yourself in order to receive the key code. But my phone had poor reception near the hotel area. Long story short, I called their staff and they helped me.The bed is extremely small, even for someone of my small stature. It's a bit out there from the city center. The subway was quite efficient, but there was a moderate walk from the hotel. I wouldn't consider the location great, especially considering the nearest supermarket is like 1 kilometer away. Busses are hard to come by in that area. The check-out time is 10am, which is a little pressing for me. I am usually used to 11am.

Comfortable small apartment with cooking facilities and fridge.

A bit out of town, but close to a subway stop (Moosfeld on the U2 subway line). It is however perfect if you want to go to the Messe.

Everything is "smart", you get a code and everything goes very smoothly because of that. The room was very clean and totally fine for the night.

The location is in the industrial part of Munich with a few strip clubs around. There was no problem for us with that but maybe some people would take offence in that.

It was very clean, I like the soft chair, quiet area.

Kitchen lacks mugs and an electric kettle, we had to boil water in a pot to make tea. The parking lot is not free, and even after paying there was a problem with getting the gate open because the car must be positioned in a certain location near the gate, apparently there are some weighing mechanism under some of the road bricks (?). The check in was automatic, through a scanner taking a photo of the documents. First it asks for "first page of the passport" then it asks for "reverse of the ID document", very weird. Personally I would prefer having a human checking me in. When we came to hotel, we called the number and nobody answered the call.
