    Pros +

    • Once inside the property, it felt safe and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. it is centrally located right near the main train station so it is convenient in that way.
    • Nice, quite and clean.
    • The room was spacious and comfortable, warm and clean. Staff super helpful. Just5-8 minutes from the train station. Breakfast was good!

    Cons -

    • The property was clean and utilitarian. It was missing things that I would usually expect from a hotel, such as a safe or a fridge in the room. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. That’s not a bad thing, but was not what I expected when I booked it. Also, the neighbourhood, while absolutely jammed with other hotels, did not feel terribly safe with open drug activity, and a preponderance of men milling about on the street. Maybe not such a surprise given there were a couple of strip clubs on the street as well. Not saying you should avoid it, but definitely should be aware of what you’re getting. I found it also annoying that I had to leave my key every time I left the building — especially since there was no safe in the room, I felt I had to carry all of my valuables with me at all times. A nuisance for sure.
    • Area is not super nice but it is near everything.
    • There was not much to like I’ve never stayed in a hotel with steel doors into the rooms There was no facilities within the room. Very basic .The location is in a bad location. Surrounded by men’sIdeal location for seeing Munich city Centre as 10 minute walkNot an area to take young children to in my opinion

The location of the hotel is quite good, near the city centre. We reached to Marienplatz by walking in 10 minutes, no taxi or metro needed. The staff of the hotel were also very polite and helpful, especially the reception employees. They tried to assist with every question we had.

The location is in the centre, but the street seemed to me not safe. There are a lot of suspicious bars and clubs and neighborhood seemed suspicious too. Also, while we specially mentioned that we need a queen bed, hotel first gave us two separate single beds. After our complain in reception, the employee tried to assist and changed our room with one bed, however, there were separate mattresses, which was very uncomfortable.

Close to the old center. Clean, spacious, very kind and hospitable workers.

Very nice family room with two double beds. Helpful staff. It’s close to the train station within walking distance - 5-10 minutes.

The street at night is a little strange nearby the main train station - but we still felt safe.

near center, offers 3-bed rooms (difficult to find in Munich)

the advertised parking is in public garage house 10 minutes of walk away

Nice place, cosy and a lot of tea houses bakeries ,…

Very good shower but I had a bad smell from the bathroom during the night.

We chose the hotel because it was affordable and close to the main station. But what made our stay exceptional was the staff who were very helpful, friendly and accomodating. They let us store bags while we had to spend a night in another city, and helped make our trip easier in so many ways. Excellent value for money. Very clean and comfortable. I recommend it highly for people traveling in and out of the main train station or exploring Munich. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.

The staff was amazing, always helpful. They let us check into the room early and allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out to explore the city. Great location, and the shower had very hot and strong water.Still and sparkling water is available 24 hour.he corner café they recommended was a 10/10
