Close to rail,downtown and restaurants The staff pleasant. Good value. Clean, hot water

Area lots of homeless and construction down street noise started at 6 am til 5 pm

The location was ok. Room was comfortable and clean.

the toilet was leaking and making a lot of noise. We got moved to another room across a place with a live band playing loud music until 2am. We were there just to sleep and couldn't. Awful.

Room clean and comfortable. Pillows and mattress very comfortable. Updated furniture. Air conditioning in rooms and common areas. Great location, close to train station and touristic places.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the central train station. The staff were wonderful, especially Aneta, who was extremely friendly and kind. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were tidy.

The room design felt a bit outdated, including the door lock, the toilet, and a few other details.

Near to Munich main railway station. Staffs are very helpful.

The bedroom was very cold and separate heating system for bedroom required.

The hotel is so well located near the train station and the main shopping area. Rooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. Overall very happy

Very uncomfortable beds and a sketchy location. After the first night I told the front desk I have back issues and the mattress unacceptable. No support and very uncomfortable. She said she would 'discuss it with her colleague' but never got back to me or offered any resolution. Not a great way to start a 3 week vacation. The rooms are very austere with absolutely no frills. Bring your own body wash, shampoo, etc. The location is within walking distance of Marienplatz, but also down the street from 3 strip clubs and a bunch of other questionable businesses. I guess you get what you pay for.

I do wish it had a larger public lobby/bar area but this is something unavoidable & they do very well for small space.

Fast check in friendly staff and close to city centre

The room was spacious but only because it had a queen size bed. Breakfast was the best part of this hotel.

Our bathroom has a tub under a partial angled roof so the shower curtain only pulled half way. Was not really comfortable with the location, lots of men handing out on the street smoking. Worst part was hotel advertises parking and they don’t have any.

Location was good but you wont see signs to Schillerstasse in the main train station. Go left on Bayerstrasse (which we did see signs for- the location looked different from what I envisioned when i booked the room on Booking.com on their map- I thought i would need to go right when leaving the station but that was wrong)), you need to go left and go up to blocks on the right hand side.; the hotel is on the right side of Schillerstrasse Be prepared for a lot of construction going on at the central station. You will see street people asking for money, but my wife and i never felt unsafe.

Rooms way too stuffy. Could not regulate the air conditioner in the room except in a very narrow range which did not good. We therefore had trouble sleeping because we could not get the room cool (in December)….

Closeness to main Hauptbahnhof station and to corresponding connections across the city. Modern and very clean.

Staff member told me no more food in the evening and proceeded to advise places which were closed.

Many problems with the room.I had a room with a broken sink at first, so they gave me another room. But the other room has a problem with the door.The door is very difficult to close and the water of the toilet gets dirty automatically so you have to flush it all the time, even if you are not using it.

Good location near the train station and not far to walk to the city centre. Very clean hotel, staff really friendly and a very good breakfast each morning.
