Hotel Demas City

Staff was nice, location was 5 min from central station. Breakfast was great.

Room was very very small. Bathroom had a slider door with frosted glass which didnt close fully, so no privacy. We told the front desk, but it didnt get fixed(we could have been given a diff room. With grown up kids this was an issue.

All Power outlets are European type. No usb outlets. I have only one adapter. The charging is an issue for family since it is not sufficient!

Loved the room and it's cleanliness. It had everything I needed and was fairly quiet while I was there. Also liked the bed it was very comfortable.

The location was a bit creepy, pretty central, but walking around at night didn't feel super comfortable.

The hotel was a short walk to Marienplatz and the train station. The breakfast was great! Very clean.

Far from city center. Pillows were pancake flat. Water damage in room from the shower.

It was close to the Train Station and the City Center. The Design of the Hotel Rom was beautiful

Good location a few blocks from the hauptbahnhof and a 10-15 minute walk to the rathaus. Modern decor. Fairly big room for an inner city hotel. Comfy bed and duvet. Somewhat tight shower with good water pressure and hot water. Friendly and cheerful front desk staff.

Instead of a luggage room, one has to go to another floor and strap your luggage to a bar on the wall and put your small stuff in a locker on yet another floor. Awkward but it works. Somewhat gritty neighborhood but we always felt safe.

It was a clean hotel room in the city center with everything you would expect in a room. Despite its central location, the parking space was a serious plus.

Location - near to the Munich HBF (7-10 mins) and 20 mins walk to the old town center.

The rooms were uncomfortable small and without refrigerator.The bathroom was too small with old/broken equipment in it.

The location was superb at a walking distance from Munich Hbf. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Nothing not to like.

A very honest place that delivers exactly what you pay for. In my opinion, it’s quite affordable for Munich yet still offers good quality. Everything is clean and well organized. The receptionist lady was fantastic.. polite, attentive and truly welcoming. location is also great, close to the city center. The hotel is on a street with many Arab and Turkish shops.

the street is very noisy and busy both during the day and especially at night, with people drinking outside. If your room doesn’t have air conditioning, it can be a bit uncomfortable on hot days.
