we just slept 1 night, so not much to share. clean, quiet, not too far from city center for the price. did not have time to eat here-no comments.

difficult staff with long time to solve simple problems

The facility was excellent.

The bed was very comfortable and big, we liked that there was another small bed incase another space was needed. The bathroom was big and there was a lot of space to move and adjust

The property was very old fashion, the internet pictures are very outdated and not accurate. The bathroom was quite old and dirty, there weren't a lot of things in the room and it felt like it was a very basic and old-fashioned room

Room was adequate, but a bit noisy with the train coming past, had to close the window at night. Shower was not great. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not cleaned properly, bins were still full of rubbish.

Clean room every day, without needing to ask. Staff at the front desk were not all very friendly or available. An airport shuttle would be great to have as an option for hotel guests.

Rooms were what you would expect from premier inn

Location and the fact that it is away from the town,so It would have help if the hotel had a restaurant that was open in the evening. Also tea and coffee not replaced and we were there for 3days,so not good.

Staff was very helpful and very nice. Answered all our questions and help getting organized with the WIFI. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We also enjoyed the pizza restaurant which is located a 4 minute walk from our front door.

The only negative is the location and we knew about that in advance so we can't complain. We used UBER and one of the drivers could not find us which caused us some stress and aggravation.

1. Decent size of the room.2. The helpful Filipina staff who eased up the atmosphere.

1. The person in charge in the reception (Marco) needs improvement in customer service.2. Staff are talking in German language in front of customers who don't understand them.3. Wrong room was provided to us. We were told to go to another room but it wasn't ready to be occupied and then instructed to wait in the hallway while it is getting sorted.

We stayed here for 3N. 1N is triple room cos the Quadruple room sold out. When we check out 1st morning, the staff issued us the Quad room immediately so that we can do a room switch. Quad room is more spacious and comfy with 1 king bed, 2 single beds and a separate walk in area for hanging clothes etc. Netto is around 8mins walk away. There's an Italian restaurant (2 buildings away), followed by Greek restaurant further down. BK and another Italian restaurant further down (near messe). We only tried the Italian restaurant nearer to hotel. Food is ok, not fantastic. Price affordable. Pizza and pasta around 10ish euro.

Location to town not so convenient. Need to take a bus 190/191, change to a tram 19 or S-bahn from Im berg (4 stops). Only 1 chair in the room even though we booked triple/quadruple room. Would be nice to have another chair so that at least 2 persons can sit around the table for food. No bedroom slippers provided which is abit inconvenient when we only have winter boots with us. we din pack enuf slipper as we priorities our luggage for winter clothes. We brought some with us for the trip but left them at last hotel since they're quite soiled already and this is the 2nd last hotel. Would be nice if they can provide extra chairs and bedroom slippers. Also, the positioning of the shower head is quite strange (forgot to take pic), but it faces the screen, so, need to be very careful when shower so that water doesn't get splashed outside and wet the floor. Other than that, the hotel is overall value for money.

I liked the fact that the hotel is situated in a quiet place. I liked the entrance and that the reception team was honest.

I did not like the fact that I had booked a quadruple room but I was given a room with one double bed and one single bed.To top it off the single bed was placed in a different small room, more like a balcony and it was extremely cold as the heating was not working at all. Even when I asked at the desk to change the room we were refused. Even after showing them the room that we have booked. We were told that they would not give us that room because we were not that many people. The cups and mugs from the room were dirty. The coffee, tea, and milk were old and very used. We could not use the milk as it had evaporated. There was no small fridge. In the bathroom, there was no cup for the toothbrushes. We were not provided with slippers and also a bathrobe. Also, we were informed that breakfast was served each morning from 6:30 AM. Then on Sunday, on our departure day, we were told that it would start at 7 AM, too late for us to get something to eat. This means that we have paid for our breakfast and did not receive the service. After a bit of push from our side, they have provided some pastry and fruit. Not enough and I also asked for something salty, like a sandwich. To top it off, the breakfast menu was not as marketed to us. It did not come with so many options. You have to choose between boiled eggs and an omlet. There are no fried eggs and just 5 types of cold meat stuff.The location is not 2,6 km away from the Munich central station and the outside garden is full of trash. It is easy to reach the place but you lose a lot of time on public transportation. It takes around 40 minutes to reach the city center. Also, it takes one hour to reach the central station.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very nice and helpful throughout my visit. Highly recommended for a no-frills, comfortable stop in Munich.

Parking is expensive.

The service for this price is really acceptable. The rooms are comfortable and large.

Maybe the room should be a little bit better cleaned, but on the other side the toilet was very clean before we arrived.

The room was very spacious and equipped with a kettle, coffee, and tea. The staff were friendly, and the hotel is located in a quiet area with soundproof walls.

I didn’t try their breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. While free parking is available across the street, the hotel’s private parking costs 16 euros per day.

Exceptionally poor service. We asked two days in a row for housekeeping to clean our room, and provide new towels and toilet paper. It was never done either time, and twice then we had to have them hand us new towels in the lobby. They gave a mild apology and blamed it on problems with the new cleaning service staff. Also, the front desk adjoins the lobby bar, and the reception staff clearly do double duty between the reception and bar. So service at either is slow and spotty. The staff did not appear enthusiastic about either job.

Good place to crash for a couple of nights to explore Munchen and Bavarian surroundings. The room is big enough for a family of 3. Great breakfast for 18/pers and free for your little ones. Underground parking for 18/night but also free parking available around the streets if you lucky to find a place. To reach the center you’ll need a combo if bus and S line for about 30-40 mins or with an Uber for about 20 eur.
