Excellent location, great breakfast

Location. Self service hotel. Left luggage.

Only observation was the shower drainage grill in room 102 may need to be bigger as sometimes water washed onto bathroom floor.

It is very close to Hofbräuhaus and Marienplatz. A quarter of the way to Hofbräuhaus is through a covered shopping alley. I made a video of the walk to Hofbräuhaus and it lasted 1 min 40 sec walking at a relaxed pace. The staff is exceptional: helpful and friendly. Nano, who received us even though self check-in is available, is an absolute star. Made us feel very welcome and cared for.

I cannot think of anything that I really did not like.

Comfortable and great location.

Impossible to prevent water from the shower from getting on the bathroom floor. Only one, average-quality bath towel provided.

The location was really convenient. There was enough space for 5 people.

The room needed some repairs (there was no handle on one of the bedroom doors, stains on the chair, skylights needed to be cleaned). Beds were comfortable

A great location — we could walk easily to the Christmas markets, restaurants and the town centre, which made the stay really enjoyable.

LOCATION!!!! Is a nice hotel. The service was very good. People at the hotel was very nice and welcoming

The only issue was the noise from construction outside the building. Wasn’t a big inconvenience for me

Much appreciated staff help and early check in @10:30.Located just 5 min from Marienplatz, but location in small street benefits with quiet atmosphere all day long.

Room is small, otherwise rest is fine.

The location was perfect, a few minutes walking distance from the square. Few noisy delivery drivers early morning, but the abilty to walk to the main attractions more than made up for it. Clean, tidy room which was much cheaper than other hotels in the area.

The towels were quite small, and some milk would of been appreciated with the tea making facilities.

Very comfortable and convenient. I like the key system using my phone. The staff were nice and friendly.

I felt nervous that there was no phone or emergency cover in my room.

Good location, modern rooms, but slightly small rooms

Lay out was good, comfortable bed, the little stool bit that rested against bed was a great idea as putting intonations tubed and using the laptop shelf worked really well chair felt as if it had a back to it.

Towels were bad. They could have been better quality. Could have had a couple firm pillows as well as soft ones.

Lovely little hotel near all the attractions in the Old City. Very comfortable with helpful staff.

Would have liked a breakfast option or at least info about somewhere nearby.

Great apartment in the heart of the city. A few blocks from the old town, and many restaurants surrounding the area.The apartment was comfortable for a family of five with 3 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable also. There is a lift, but only goes to the 4th floor so you will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs, if staying in the 3 bedroom apartment. We knew this before our arrival, so it was no problem. The hotel was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom shower has one open side, so water gets on the floor. We just asked for extra towels to clean up the floor.
