The only thing good about this place is the fact that offers free parking next to the highway.

The bedroom was so filthy. The toilet had urine all over it, on and around! Inside the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in ages as the limescale and stains were partying! The sheets had stains on them, the pillows were awful. In overall I would never ever visit this place ever again or suggest it for that matter!

We will never ever return to

We have to send to hotel a suplimentar file with our card data. This procedure was inexperienced before,we feel werry bad with dis procedures is offensive.

Good location, comfortable beds, nice staff and free parking in front of hotel.

We could park our car comfortably in the hotel parking space. The breakfast buffet is huge but is not included in the costs. It has to be bought for 15,- € / person

There’s an odd musty smell in the corridors and rooms. Due to some reason the wifi and tv didn’t function. I was told that there were some hidden issues responsible for this and that there were no such problems earlier

The check-in and check-out were fast

WiFi was bad, I had to ask them to come to the room to fix it. Curtains had stains, blankets seemed to be dirty.

Stuff was helpful with arranging check in. Bathroom is pretty ok, compared to what other comments said. Location is also pretty good. You have s bahn station merely 5mins away.

The sleeping part of the room. Message to owners - renovation is expensive, but if linen looks yellow even after washing, has something that looks like sweat stains and does not smell clean (because i would not be surprised to know that you are cheap on detergent), IT IS TIME TO BE REPLACED! You are a hotel. Not to mention furniture in the room that should have been replaced 20 years ago, latest.

Location was handy & nice area

No signs to car park. No AC & poor control of heating.

The shower was a little cramped and the water was changing temperature from very hot to very cold without adjusting the lever

Great hotel, the staff is more then kind, great personality !! ☺️ Gooood breakfast. Great position to stay. With the train in 20min you are in the city center.

I would like to express my serious concern regarding an incident that occurred during our stay at this hotel. Everything was going well until we noticed a drone (technology) flying outside our window, recording us without our consent. This invasion of privacy was extremely distressing, as we were in a vulnerable state, getting our clothes changed with the front window open. Given that our room overlooked empty fields, we believed our privacy would be protected. (The drone came back twice)When I reported the matter to the front desk, I was disappointed by the lack of concern shown by your staff. They did not take the situation seriously, and I had to suggest contacting the local authorities (POLICE) myself. I also asked for the CCTV cameras, the receptionist told us that this hotel hasn’t got any CCTV Camera which was very STRANGE to hear that. This type of invasion of privacy is unacceptable, and we are appalled by how it was handled. If privacy and safety from such incidents cannot be guaranteed, I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied.I hope that this hotel take this matter seriously and implement measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

Privacy Violation Incident at this Hotel.No CCTV Cameras at this hotel.The receptionist (a man gave us front view) where the drone (flying) violated our privacy, please find attached photo, our room was located above main entrance of the hotel.

We really liked our room, big bed and nice bathroom, great location near the station and quiet at night

Small Hotel A bit retro but clean.The staff was nice and helpful the breakfast was simple but good We slept well and that's the main thingEverithing was fine ?

Location is 7 stations from the Marienplatz

The price was super high 150 euro per night for 2-3 star hotel is super high

Accessibility to the train and price and car park

A bit old.. maybe a little bit of renovation would be good.

Close to the S Bahn.

No hotel staff available at reception, most of the time. Room was tiny and we could hardly turn around.

The staff were helpful when we couldn’t get there in time to check in (flight got delayed)

I really don’t like to leave bad reviews but for the price we paid for this hotel, it definitely didn’t match up. It’s a little bit out of the way (Although Mittersendling train station is a 2 min walk away). But it was quite loud, there’s not 24 hour staff, no air conditioning…it was 32 degrees when we stayed and the white bedsheets were visibly so old that they were yellow. There was a huge crack the whole way across our window that was taped closed. All in all spending £500+ for 3 nights and getting into a room like this was just crazy to me.

Location, the staff were great, friendly and very supportive and helpful.

Two single bed were there in the room, rather than a single double bed, As we were travelling with a child it was bit uncomfortable, apart from it everything was very great

Rooms have no air conditioning unit, so staying in the hotel in summer be like inside the oven and the property does not provide any fan inside the room as well. We tried to ask for an electric fan at the reception because we have a small son and we’re 3 people who will be sleeping on a double sized bed, still lucky that they were able to find one small desk fan and let us use it. The kilts of the blankets are too old and the edges are totally damaged already with a yellowish color and stains on it. The pillows are also very old and overused that it was not even fluffy anymore and became so flat already. For a stay of only one night, we have chosen this hotel expecting that the property offers a clean and comfortable accommodation because of the high price we paid but instead we had plenty of disappointments.Therefore, no plan to stay here again in our future visit in Munich.
