It was modern with excellent interior design , the heater and candles / incense once you enter the premises literally felt like a hug. Its also very clean and in a good and quiet location.

    Nothing, everything was perfect ☺️

Value for money. Small business suit just for 1 person. Second one won’t simply fit. Clean. Quite. Modern

I love the helpfullness of the hotel personnel.

I didn’t like the location, as it didn’t feel safe despite being very close to the train station. There were people drinking in front of the night shops on the hotel’s street, which made walking to the hotel at night uncomfortable. The room itself was very clean, but the corridors had a dusty smell. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom in my room, which made it difficult to sleep. This is likely due to old plumbing, but the hotel management should address it.

Breakfast was very good and the location

The small bed , yet I paid a lot of money

nice decoration and quite clean room, the hotel is close to the central station (6 min walk) and to main attractions (20 min to Marienplatz

the neibourhood was dirty and ungly, full of foreign stores and you could barely hear any German, it felt like i was in some part of Asia , plus contruction works close and at the central station do not help moving around especially if you travel with children, service at restaurants close to the hotel was not good

The location is very convenient, just a 15-minute walk from Marienplatz shopping center, with many halal food options nearby. The receptionist, Burak, was kind and helpful.

Car parking is limited in site. However, there is a receptionist—an older gentleman whose name I do not know—was not very welcoming and appeared unprofessional in his interaction with guests.

The room was nice, nothing extravagant, and the bed was comfy, Staff neutral. However, we tried the ethnic restaurants of the area and they were pretty good with very hospitable staff. Also pretty close to the city center, a nice cafe etc.

The area even if close to the city center and the main train station, has odd looking passers by even if it seems safe, still there's an uneasy feeling, as some side streets are not well lit at night. We had to pay extra 10 euro per night as there was not a room available on the backside of the hotel (which is more quiet) and on lower floor as i do not use the elevator. The room was the same to what we booked even if the receptionist pointed out that it was higher category. We didn;t want to argue as we were very tired so we agreed without any hesitation.

The location was very good, in a very lively neighborhood (Theresienwiese) at a 20-minute walking distance from the center of Munich (Marienplatz). The room was very comfortable and clean, with modern facilities and the staff was very friendly, helpful and ready to answer all our questions. Coffee and tea were offered in the room with no extra charge.

The breakfast came with an extra cost of 23 Euros per day per person.

My stay was great the staff were friendly and welcoming from day until last day of my stay. Room was clean and good size for the stay, only downside was based at the front of the hotel so 6 /7 ish in the morning deliveries you could hear for the local shops aroudn the hotel. Breakfast was great vast choice to choose from to suit all types of people. Overall very happy with my stay and fully recommend it to others who are intreasted in visiting Munich.

Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options.

Beds were a little too firm and pillows were not comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Munich. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast and bar area were very good. It’s located about a 20 minute walk from the centre and there’s a lovely cathedral (St Paul’s) a 2 minute walk away. The complimentary soaps and shampoos provided were very nice too. Supermarket over the road (closed on Sundays).

The drinks at the bar were quite expensive. €11 for two tiny lemonades. But otherwise all very good.

    Practical for the train station....

There was a lot of road work going on in front of the building. Although it was not noisy, it is not really pleasant to see.... hopefully it will be done soon.

The ladies at front desk were very kind and professional. I'm singling out the women because the men were quite unfriendly and confrontational. The breakfast buffet was full, great selection and the presentation was lovely.

The Front desk male staff, the spotty internet signal, and the room cleaning staff. When we initially checked in, I specifically asked that we didn't need our room cleaned and would ask for assistance if need be. The kind young woman smiled and stated that would be fine; however her male colleague interrupted our discussion and stated that on Wed. or Thurs the room would have to be cleaned. He was extremely aggressive and rude. But heck, ok.. Every day I placed a "do not disturb" sign on my door (we were there for 12 days). And every day, the room was cleaned. No respect for our privacy - they even placed the sign back inside of our room after cleaning!

Good friendly staff very helpful quiet hotel

Nothing but the area is bad but not the hotels fault saw no trouble stayed many times

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are fairly small but this was fine for us for a short stay.

Definitely not located in the nicest area... but this is reflected in the reasonable pricing. I recommend keeping this in mind when booking.

The hotel is quite close to the main train station, and quite walkable to the main tourist attraction spots and Xmas markets

I have stayed there for couple of days and really liked the service in the hotel. The staff made it possible for me to have an early check in.
