Mercure Hotel Munich am Olympiapark

Friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom wash basin was very cracked. Toilet would not flush properly.

Looks very modern, professional welcoming staff, delicious breakfast with large variety, nearby to local restaurants and to BMW Welt

that I was only there for onee night :( I really like this hotel

The staff was great, our room & bathroom was extremely clean, the hotel appears to be new, and everything worked properly. It was within 200 meters of the tram line. The bed and chairs were comfortable. Nice coffee shop next to the hotel.

The location is not near major tourist attractions or shopping. The free internet was usable but not outstanding. The cable TV had very little to offer a person who only speaks English.

The staff kindness and the cleanliness

The air-conditionning was only blowing hot air. I made the remark but nothing was done to fix it. The shower was giving hot and cold watter alternately like "scottisch shower" which is very unpleasant.

Great staff and good sleep quality

4th floor doesn't have lift connection. Was really hard for my parents to walk each day. The AC could be better.. it didn't work the first day

Breakfast is pricey, but if you're a rewards member it's more reasonable (50% off)

The bed was comfortable. The room was big enough with coffee facilities on the room. The staff was friendly and we liked the offer to help the environment.

Location is a bit far from the tube, but tram is close.

All of the staff in the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. Any queries I had were answered quickly and they were happy to arrange my airport transfer. The room was larger than I expected with a very comfortable bed - the robes and slippers were a lovely touch! It was lovely to have a complimentary tea, coffee and water in the room. The bathroom was very small though, but it did have the most beautiful selection of soap, shampoo and body lotions. The hotel bar had a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices with a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was very quiet despite being on a main road and has a tram stop a short walk away with links into the city centre. I can highly recommend the bakery next door as well as the Indian across the street! We would definitely choose to stay here again when we're next in Munich.

It would've been nice to have a slightly larger bathroom, but it wasn't all major issue.

The location is nice the design of the room was not bad offering a glass of sparkling water was nice

the room is ok not so big toilets are a bit small specialy shower cabins room heaters we not good in the weather during our stay they didn't offer dispoable slippers or room amenities my daughter once asked for a tooth brush they gave her when she asked another lady for dispoable slippers the she said you have to subscribe to something she didn't understand so she left

Free street parking on Sunday round the corner. Comfortable big beds.

Decor quite dated and bathroom had an issue with flooding from the shower. But otherwise comfortable enough for one night.
