Ibis Muenchen City

Location near Hbf.

Outdoor Noise. No A/C or ventilation.

Great stay at the ibis hotel in Munich. The location is very close to the city center, making it perfect for sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Usually all Ibis hotels chain are great and this was not an exception. Located right near the main train station and bus stops in city centre.

The position is close to the center, near many shops and public transport stops.The hotel itself is very nice and very welcoming .

Some of the staff was very rude in the moment of our arrivals claiming that they couldn’t find the reservation, but the problem was in they way they told us that . Also very rude when we asked if the restaurant was closed as we wanted to eat something, like we asked for a million dollars .The beds were very uncomfortable to be honest, every morning my back was sore . The sheets were dirty, we asked them to change them and then again, when we came back in the room, the other sheets were dirty as well .

location, 5 mins from main station and lots of restaurants near by. the breakfast was excellent as well, certainly in the top 5 of all Ibis hotels i've been to. the room was standard ibis fair, but clean, nice shower, comfy bed.

The location was very good. Easy access to public transportation and center by walking. The room was simple, clean and comfortable at all. Rene was a great guy in the bar, helped and served well all the time.

Some of the staff are really rude. They dont pay attention well enough for the problems. In the bar, one man from reception with glasses asked me to pay cash for a bottle of water, this guy told me that they dont accept credit card if the amount is less than 10€ in Bavaria. I have stayed in this hotel more than 5 times and I know that it is not true, he just didnt want to go and get the machine.

Nice rooms and overall clean and modern place.

Too much noise. Trams were going 24/7 and I think the room had no noise isolation. I woke up every night several times to that noise even tho I’m not the person who wakes up easily. I had room in top floor but still the noise was too much. Also they were repairing something in the next room early in the morning with a drill. They even opened my door for doing some repairs.

Location was easy and accessible. Cafes in neighbourhood to grab breakfast

Facing the street so we got all the traffic sound. The soundproofing was poor. The bathroom had no ventilation so it used to smell.

The door had several gaps where the water from shower could leak outside.

Tom was clean and fresh towels were delivered daily. Convenient access from München Hauptbahnhof and if you like to walk, no too far from Marienplatz.

Great location, simple but comfortable, has everything you need. Excellent buffet breakfast

Terrible the staff kept trying...

During my stay I had lots of staff trying to open my door while I was in my room. I had some people who opened my door with out knocking when I had a do not disturb sign on my door. And after I told them to leave 15 minutes later they tried to open my door again. I told them I was in the shower and they had to leave but they kept coming in my room. When I asked for a refund because I was switching hotels because I felt unsafe they said they can’t give me a refund. What a joke
