The breakfast was also well prepared. The rooms were very clean. The people working there treated us very well.

Highly recommended, very friendly and accomodating staff, so close to any transpo and a walking distance from main train station, very clean.

Our family room (4 beds) more than met our needs for our stay in Munich! There was plenty of space, including a large cupboard for storing our suitcases. The morning breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The pension (bed & breakfast) is just steps away from the tram line and two and a half blocks from the U-bahn. The beds were comfortable and there was a room fan, which helped keep air circulating at nighttime. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Munich!

There are several restaurants on the street level below the pension, so sometimes there could be noise until 11Pm or so. In the summer, it's essential to keep the windows cracked open so the room is cooler. We managed the sound by bringing with us a small, portable sound machine to provide white noise.

The apartment was near the center of the old town ~15min by walk. The staff was really helpful and polite with everything that we needed. The room was clean and warm, everything you need when you visit the city in the cold months.

Good location, Italian restaurant next door was very good! Room was warm and beds were comfortable.

Pillows were very soft, shower was mouldy and shower head sprayed all over the floor soaking everything. Rooms are very dated but was fine for just sleeping.

I asked for a different room but had to be in room 1 next to front door and reception was quite noisy and lacking in best furniture

Firstly, the male staff member was very welcoming to us. Secondly, the train and tram stations are very near, which made us less burdened in getting to the airport.Liked to see the snowy day. The grocery stores nearby are also a bonus for travellers like us.

Not too much. The bathroom is very tiny, which is a little bit difficult to have a proper shower, and if you can provide a holder to keep the soap and the shower gel, that would be helpful.

Very friendly, responsive, and caring staff. The room was clean, and the breakfast was filling and tasty. The location is very convenient — within walking distance of the main train station, close to many good restaurants, and right next to a tram stop.

There was an unfortunate situation with the room key, but it was handled very professionally by the staff.

Good value for money. The hotel is around 15 min walking distance from the railway station. The staff was friendly and we were able to check in 1h earlier than was stated on Booking as the room was ready. The receptionists were friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast, too: coffee, juice, eggs, sandwich set, - all you need for good breakfast. The room was simple but clean and very quiet. It had a nice balcony, would be perfect for warm season of the year.

The WIFI was really poor. It wasn’t a significant problem for us, but it would be better to eliminate this inconvenience.

Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, with a tram stop almost right outside the hotel and train station very close by as well. The city center was within easy walking distance.What impressed us the most—and something we had never experienced before—was that our room was cleaned every single day and the towels were changed daily during all three days of our stay.In addition, the staff were very kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was nice, with a simple selection including eggs, bread, and some desserts. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out were both quick and easy.Location is excellent, a short walk from the main train station. The hotel was overall alright for a short stay.

The room was clean, although the carpet could definitely use a deep cleaning. We were given a room with four beds even though we were only two people, which wasn’t a problem but felt a bit unnecessary.

My stay at the property was overall enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally courteous, the location was highly convenient, and the tram connection provided almost direct access to the city center. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast satisfying, and the property retained the authentic charm of a traditional German guesthouse.

There were, however, a few aspects to consider. Noise from nearby restaurants, both conversations and passing cars, continued late into the night and affected the overall quietness. The surrounding area is also quite lively and diverse, which may not suit every guest’s preference. While the building inside could benefit from some light renovation, the value for money was fair for the price paid.
