Ibis Muenchen City West

The hotel is perfectly located above a tram stop. Super helpful for getting around. This hotel also has its own parking garage. Rooms are well worth the price.

Location

The staff has no empathy at all. No clear communication and no actions taken when informed about an insect in bed! The reception person wasn't concerned at all.

Good location: 1 min walk from Westendtrasse metro station, from which one arrives to Old Town in 10 minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The sink in the bathroom was a bit muddy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very good and also was the breakfast. It's also very well located with good connections with public transportation.

The only thing thing I didn't like was the elevator.Once its doors start to close, it's almost impossible to get them opened again ?

Location is great, very close to U-Bahn without the noise and traffic. Clean and cozy. The bar is a plus. Staff were helpful especially Jana. I asked why is it so warm inside and she offered a fan or the key for the window (plus paperwork for the key).

Great location, right in front of the U-Bahn station! The rooms were also good, and the beds were comfy.

The bathroom was a bit small, but functional.

the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the Christmas decorations in the lobby. The location was farther from the train station than I preferred, although there is a subway station across the street. The hotel I originally booked was much closer but due to an error on their part I had to change lodging.

I've stayed at Ibis hotels before and they are stripped down (no coffee makers, no room safe,) clean, excellent staff, both front desk and housekeeping. The ubahn is right on the corner so it is easy to get anywhere you want to go in Munich. I got a package with breakfast. It was really great with lots of choices. They didn't overcook the bacon!

The neighborhood seems to be mostly office complexes, no store and very few restaurants. I heard of two, an Italian pizza place and a Bavarian restaurant but it is hidden and it was closed when I was there. There is a Lidl store close by where you can pick up salads and even wine, so that's a plus.

Wonderful breakfast. Bar in the lobby. U-Bahn across the street and market around the corner.

Right by a train station, cozy beds, slept fantastic! IT HAD AIR CONDITIONING!

The bathroom situation was a little weird… and our sink was stinky.. and they came in our room despite putting the sign that we didn’t want anyone to come in, and they didn’t let us know. The front desk wasn’t very nice.

Location. Sbahn and Ubahn just feet away. Esso gas station open all night for snacks etc

nice property great location for my stay. good breakfast value. very nice and friendly staff at the front desk. good amount of staff at breakfast to replenish and keep up with cleaning.

Clean, comfortable, good location and good breakfast

The cleaning service comes after 5 pm afternoon so i had to cancel it .

The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right next to the U-Bahn station, offering a quick connection to the city center and main train station. There are also numerous bus and tram stops nearby.

This time, my room faced the parking lot, where the lights stay on all night. There was also some noise in the mornings from trucks and trash collection.

Too small rooms and especially the bathroom. Don’t have some amenities

The room was quite small and the bathroom not that modern. It felt like a bathroom of a ship.

Tons of parking in the back which worked for us travelling with our van. Metro stop just 2 minutes walk away which goes to central Munich. Tons of public space and very comfortable rooms.

Walking distance for concerts at Hansa 39/Feierwerk. Restaurants nearby. Right around the corner from a subway station. Good breakfast for an extra fee with vegan options.

No AC or fresh air inlet. Fan only runs when the heating is on. Window had to be opened slightly at night to be comfortable, letting in road noise. Queen bed but two blankets. Bathroom has very thin walls, you can hear everything. Blow dryer doesn't have enough power. Many channels on the TV didn't work. HDMI input was faulty, the image was flickering when plugging in an iPad.

The reception was open, they accepted cash and made a professional receipt.

Bed and pillows were synthetic, sleep was not deep.
