Very roomy

Everything was fine, really nice staff and clean room, but the price was too high I suppose because of the busy period we were in.

Super comfy beds, good location, nice interior, very clean! Can recommend.

The hotel was very good, clean, close to the places we wanted to go, close to metro. The breakfast was very good.

The bed was small while in the description they put queen bed.We have parked in the street in an authorized place, but at the end we received a fine because we should have registered in advance for driving in Munich and nobody told us before.

It’s relax clean friendly hotel and easy access to center !

Location is easy to reach from the Hauptbahnhof (on foot with luggage) or easier still from Theresienwiese U-bahn (which pops you up right next to a magnificent church. The building is new with modern facilities, easy access and check in.We were in a terrace suite which was very spacious, with dining area, and well equipped for self-catering and the terrace (even through freezing cold) provided an excellent view of the city. Breakfast was really good with lots of options, constantly replenished. We didn't make use of the in-house bar but it could be festive and the same for the outside courtyard area which would be good in summer.Shops and restaurants are close by and the Altdstadt is a few stops on the underground. (note when Munich says it closes for Christmas, they really mean nothing is open!) The laundry in house is convenient if you have time, but the machines only have long cycles and were mostly occupied. Rather head up the road to the laundromat - open late and plenty of machines.

Minor items only: the heating is central and was too warm in one of the rooms - we opened the terrace door to cool off periodically. Snacks were pricey, head for the shop rather.

You don't feel safe in the neighborhood, Wi-Fi signal was very weak and failing

A well designed and equipped studio apartment. The bed was comfy and shower was excellent. It was quiet and the seating area was nice. There was an underground station, (with lift if you had luggage) a few minutes walk away so easy access to the city centre and central station, and some nice local restaurants also very close by. We didn’t cook while there but the kitchen was equipped so that it would have been possible to prepare a simple meal. The balcony and garden would be nice in better weather.

Loved the facilities in the room, very comfortable, the staff very friendly and location superb!

close to the metro station (2 stops to the city center), nice cathedral nearby, average breakfast, friendly restaurant staff, smart tv with YouTube access.

The room was dark with low ceilings, with too much furniture for the size, inadequate lighting, poor soundproofing, you can hear footsteps, plumbing noises, doors slamming. Bed and pillows not the most comfortable, soap dispensers are hard to operate, inefficient plates and utensils at breakfast area.

Modern, cosy and beautiful studio with well equipped kitchen - the room had everything that you might need, including a good size balcony to enjoy a drink in the evening. The staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was very nice and clean. Good location - about 10 mins walk from Central Station and 20 mins walk to the city centre. Many supermarkets, restaurants and fast food shops on your doorstep.

Location, cleanliness and price all factor into my assessment. However, the staff bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable so that also factors in.

A coffee maker in the room would have improved our stay.

Staff we're very friendly and welcoming, spoke great English which made it easier for communications. Private parking is available at an extra cost of €30 a day, although this is expensive the parking is very secure and private. The apartment was very tidy and clean and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and seating area. Great view from the balcony.

Room did get very hot, we had the balcony door open for the majority of the time to regulate the temperature.

The rooms were comfy and very well stocked for their size. The balcony was a nice touch! The building is secure and we used the gym and laundry which were really handy. Location is good but not as close to the old town/transport points as we would have liked. The plus is that it’s very quiet and serene even so close to the madness nearby. Staff are very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Schwan Locke. The location was very convenient, with a supermarket and a U-Bahn station both within easy walking distance, making it simple to get around Munich. The hotel stood out for its excellent gym and well-equipped laundry facilities, which were particularly useful during a longer stay. Our room was well appointed and thoughtfully designed, with a small kitchen that made it easy to prepare simple meals and feel at home.

Nothing that we did not like. Everything was to our satisfaction.

Good location, close to the main train station (~5-10 mins walk) and comfortable room with good facilities (stovetop, essential utensils, sitting are to eat…).
