They had a very cute bar

Found bug in sheets FD did not help.Told her it looked like bed bug or cockroach she said "no cockroaches in Germany"and "why don't you just kill it?".Offered no apology! and complained when we wanted a new room.Seemed annoyed with US. Horrible service!!!

Easy walk from the hotel to the train station and it felt safe at night as well.

Good value for money. Very good breakfast plus lunch box when we had an early start. Helpful staff.

Great location. Just outside the city centre in a residential area - a 10 minute walk to the Arabella Park Metro station. Very good breakfast - excellent choice of sweet and savoury. Comfortable room.

Nothing - everything was satisfactory.

The hotel was more than we needed. The reception staff were friendly and even helped us arrange our transfer to the airport at night. They all speak very good English. The hotel is very clean. The room is spacious, with everything mentioned in the description. The heat in the room is adjustable.We received a free bottle of water and the capsules used in the coffee machine were replaced daily. The room was cleaned daily.Public transportation is quite close (10-15 min walk)

The services and how clearn it is.Though it's really out of the city center but u can connect with bus 187 then metropolitan down to the city.I enjoyed my stay and wish to be back soon.

The bar and the restaurant don't open on Sundays which is important for ppl lodging at the hotel.that is really bad.

It's a bit out of the way, 15min from the U-Bahn Station.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was small but very cosy and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom had been recently renovated, the breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

There were no major downsides during my stay.

The location is 7/10 a bit far from the city centre, but everything else is a 10, the room was spacious modern and confortable, the staff super friendly and helpful. The beds were big.

It was a bit cold in the room with no possibilities of turning the heater a wee up.

Room was very clean and nice. There were coffe maker and a kettle. So we could prepare some coffee during day. Staff is really great. They helped to clean and re-organize our room everyday.

Definitely recommended. I stayed at the same hotel chain in Munich, Nuremberg, and Berlin, and they maintain the same high standards in every location. Everything was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. I would gladly stay here again.

Evening meals was good, maybe a little pricey but good quality

The hotel was easy to find and it's easy to reach multiple points in the city center by public transport. Our room was very old school (not decorated like in this promo photo) but it had a dinning room table with a beanch and 2 chares, so we had plenty of room for the two of us. Heating was great as well.

Furniture in our room was outdated, only bathroom was new.

Hotel was good and staff was friendly.

Its quite far from center and nearest U-Bahn.Also rooms are missing a proper cupboard

The hotel is cleaned and big.

We booked two rooms for the family. One room has a faulty on the fridge and the room heater is not working properly but they said there is no equivalent room to exchange and they do not have any technician work at the weekend so we had to survive with this room for 3 nights.
