The room is good enough, nice city views. Great breakfast, better to order in advance (cheaper).

The standard room is not so big. The heating is just decent, it's better to have an ability to make it warmer. There are no bathrobes provided.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s brand new and kept very clean. Please note that room sizes differ—some can be quite small, so I recommend messaging the hotel in advance to specify your preference. The internet connection worked perfectly throughout my stay. The location is convenient: only a 200m walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 25 minutes. Having supermarkets nearby was a big plus. Highly recommended for the price!

One thing to keep in mind is the complete lack of wardrobes or cupboards in the rooms. There are a few hangers provided, but they aren't enough for a full stay, meaning you'll have to keep most of your clothes in your suitcase or draped over chairs. This made staying organized a bit of a challenge, especially if you have more than just a carry-on.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for practicality and comfort. Finally, the hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

There was a misunderstanding with the exact type of family room we have booked as a family of 4, and at first we got a single space and smaller room instead of the one shown in photos, with the justification that the photos are indicative and not all types of rooms are the same. But they responded really fast and reallocated us, I am just mentioning this if someone needs the 2 space room he should confirm it in advance. Also not enough closets for a family

Disappointing

After a long journey with my family—including two children, my pregnant wife, my elderly mother, and my mother-in-law—we checked in and headed to your restaurant for dinner. One of restaurant staff, informed us in a rather rude manner that there were no tables available. When I pointed out that there were empty tables, he then stated that there would be a 50-minute wait for food and he is working alone. Later, after checking with another colleague, we were told there would be a long wait for a table. Hearing three different versions of the same situation—no tables available, long wait for food, and long wait for a table—was confusing and frustrating.We were also informed there were not many restaurants nearby, which left us with no reasonable option but to order food delivery.

It was all efficient and cold, much like the Scandinavian cuisine which they serve in bfast. The location is good if you want to use the public transport. Looking back i should have booked something more central. I will definitely recommend people with small kids to book somehwere more central as uber drivers refuse trips in munich if you dont have car seat with you. It has an aldi next door which is a plus.

The breakfast was quite tasteless although i did eat there everyday because of lack of options nearby. There are very few restaurants within walking distance. I will not repeat my stay here.

The room is very new and modern. I love that it comes with a kitchenette. All appliances are brand new. I was so happy that they offered us early check-in with a small fee.The hotel location is great. Just hop on a tram, and the East HBF is just 2 tram station away.Great price, value for money

Instruction of how to get to the hotel from the airport and major train stations. Google map took us to a far end train station in the very dodgy area. No elevator. We had to carry all of our suitcases down and up another big flight to stairs and walked for miles to get to the hotel. I almost cancelled the booking there. However, when we turned up the receptionist told us that all we needed to do is getting off at East HBF and catch Tram No120(I guess), and the hotel is just 2 stations away.

The room was very spacious for a family of four, very clean and modernly decorated. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We really appreciated the self made fresh juice and the waffle machine.

Even if the room was spotless clean when we checked in the cleaning service wasn’t predicted daily but upon request as the hotel’s policy. Once it wasn’t cleaned even if we asked it because it was forgotten so we asked for some of amenities at the reception which was a bit awkward.

Rooms are incredibly small, not possible to leave any luggage open.

Pleasant

Overall a nice place with friendly staff. However, it was surprising that the superior rooms didn’t have a minibar and still-water refill. Communication could be better, we were told the bar opens at 4 PM, but only later found out the kitchen opens at 6 PM, so we spent two hours with just a pack of chips :D And the bar is closed on Sundays… maybe it’s a Germany thing :)
