Right in the middle of everything. Clean.

Hotel overrated. Small room,tiny lobby, tiny elevator, no coffee maker, no iron or board. Located on a narrow street. The noise from the bar accross the street kept us up half the night..

Location!

The website specified that laundry service was provided at no extra cost to guests but upon checkout we were told we had to pay €21...cash....it couldn't be added to our credit card. Of course we paid it but the website was blatantly misleading.

The housekeeping and the lady at the front desk. The location was great!

Breakfast was sensational. Magnificent selection as well as magnificent staff. We were a family group of 15 comprising Opa and Oma, children and partners and also grandchildren. Every morning, we had breakfast together as a family on four long tables joined together in the middle of the restaurant. Very well done. We were able to plan our days activity and enjoy Munich. The location of the hotel is very good, close to Marianplats, the Viktuallenmarkt as well as the legendary Hofbrauhaus.

Both breakfast and location were exceptional. The beds were comfortable. The room was well cleaned, fresh, newly painted and furnishings looked new.

No counter space in the bathroom. Not enough drawer space in the room. Not enough space to open out suitcases in the room. It was necessary to leave half of my clothing still packed in the suitcase because of not enough accessible storage space.

The room itself was a great size, as was the sitting room and bathroom. The location was also excellent, being a short walk from most areas of interest. Also easily accessible via the train from the airport and other transport links.

The kitchenette wasn't particularly great and didn't have many cooking utensils. My only negative point.

the location is perfect, close to the centre by walk, the room was very clean, and the staff was very nice,absolutely recommended.

the breakfast can be little bit better with more opportunities, but it was fine.

Room was ok, but certainly not worth what we paid. Staff was good but not great and there was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. Old tv with no streaming capabilities

Very nice, fully refurbished, small hotel. Modern bathrooms and delicious breakfast. Very central and convenient location just next to Maximilianstrasse.

I am glad I have found this pretty little gem in the center of Munich. Although it is compact and basic, it is stylish, classy and comfortable. They conveniently placed the desk under a window, so you can work using natural light. Location is excellent, within a walking distance from Marienplatz and Maximilinastrasse.

There are no facilities (in the room) to iron clothes, which would be essential to people traveling for business like me. Apparently, there is no place on the lobby in case you need to stay for 1 or 2 hours working, after the check out.

Location is excellent - right near Maximilian Strasse and new old tow. It is a very good alternative to other 5 star hotels in the area. Staff is very nice, breakfast is sufficient and the rooms are clean and have modern bathrooms

Clean bathroom and location

Room is smelly, view is bad, towels are old and offwhite instead of white and the springs of the bed hurt when you sit on the bed!

Location is great as we wanted a hotel close to Marien Platz

Choice of hotel was only based on location and availability but unlikely we will return as the welcoming receptionist ruined the whole idea of a good hotel. Upon arrival we waited 15mins for the only receptionist to appear (having left a note for incoming guests - “will be back in 2sec, helping a guest”. But worst part is, no apology on his appearance at reception and arrogantly serves another guest instead of us (a familiar couple of his own nationality) without even the decency of addressing us. Crap receptionist who ruined the entire experience.

Clean and near the opera house.

They put us in a small double despite me being a loyal customer having stayed in the hotel for 5 years running . I have asked for a big room when I booked. Eventually after the first night the manager put us to room 57 when I have always asked for.

Location

No feather pillows, only those synthetic bouncy ones where you sweat and can't find them to support you, no ramp to pull up your luggage – you have to drag them up the stairs. Parking needs to be paid extra.
